Panda Express — Restaurant in Stockton

Panda Express DoorDashed for a late dinner tonight. I they delivered from here because the one on Hammer Lane was closed even though it’s closer. It was basically a disaster. DoorDash did good but Panda Express did not! The chow mein was miserable. Dried out and inedible. I doused it with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce to be able to eat it. It should’ve been thrown in the garbage instead of sold to a customer! I ordered the teriyaki chicken. I’m not sure what I received. It looked nothing like the picture they advertise on their website! That border lines on false advertising. I think it was chicken. I posted pictures. The broccoli beef was OK. The broccoli could could’ve used another 30 seconds in the frying pan. It was basically raw broccoli. I don’t think I’ll be ordering for a Panda Express again. I’m not going to take a chance. Screw me once, you’re not gonna screw me again. I can’t suggest this chain for Chinese food. Go to China Express or Chow To Go! Better Chinese food...

My wife and I were on a California coast bucket list trip. After a long day of driving, we stopped at the Panda Express for a late meal. The only item still available was a chicken and noodle dish. We had no other choice and the staff refused to make anything fresh for us. We took the food to go and headed back to the hotel. The spring rolls were completely mush. The chicken dishes were sticky and pasty, like it was covered in flour. My wife had to throw her meal away and after a few bites, I had to do the same. I completely understand times are tough on staffing and it was at the end of the shift for them. However, when they serve bad food and are too lazy to take care their customers, they loose customers forever. We will never go to a Panda Express, with good reason. Fool...

Starting around 10:15 pm through closing it’s always more cleaning going on than cooking. It’s always something not ready as if there isn’t any coordination between the team members to verbalize when they are getting low on an item. I waited in line for 20 mins only to be able to purchase spring rolls, as the Beyond Orange Chicken wasn’t cooked or even started. ( I was told it would be 7 mins). After waiting for so long already that wasn’t even an option for me. Being that the Beyond Meat®️ is the only plant base alternative to actual meat I’m unsure why this wouldn’t be a priority being that there’s no shortage of vegans and vegetarians today.
