Raw Sushi — Restaurant in Stockton

I decided to take my daughters out for dinner since recently moving into town and new to the area. We decided to check this place out. ..well needless to say we weren't able to, due to the horrible no service. No one greeted us or offered a wait time when we walked in. We sat in the little waiting area for about 30min and still no one came to greet us even when the staff had made eye contact. The only time someone came to the front was to greet their friends with hugs but we were totally ignored. The owners obviously don't care how their business is ran if a simple customer greeting to each client that walks through the door is ignored and made to feel insignificant. Please at the very least work on some kind of customer service for others who are unaware of your lack...

Raw has a very nice setting and the food is usually very good. They suffer from severe doses of attitude and do not train their staff well enough to provide the service to match their price point. Many restaurants close between lunch and dinner as does Raw, however many restaurants have an answering machine or have the kitchen or manager answer the phone during those hours. I called to make a reservation for a party of eight and I was met with a snappy scripted response of " We don't take reservations, only accommodations". I decided not to accommodate Raw and not bother them with my business as it sounded like it would be too much of an inconvenience to give my party any...

The food was great, however the service was slow. There was only 2 of us in the whole restaurant and our food took atleast 30 mins. We each ordered one roll. There were 6 employees, 4 of them making the food and 2 servers. When we asked for a cocktail, it took another 30 mins. We watched our server make them, and then left them on the bar while she took a phone call. The other server looked like he was going to bring us our drinks, but he also got on the phone. It was not until I asked "can we get our drinks"? When she finally went back to the bar to get them. This was my first time here, I might give them another chance. This was Friday Feb. 4th...
