A couple of days ago, I ordered oatmeal as I do whenever I order for breakfast. My oatmeal did not come with the toppings that I asked for. I called the store to let them know that, one of the staff members that I spoke to told me that they would give me a replacement next time I order. This morning when I went to order, I informed the staff member about the replacement. When I received my food, the oatmeal was raw, not cooked. I called the store and spoke to one of the managers, and explained to her my situation. She in turn said “It was raw because I wanted a splash of cream in it.” I have never gotten raw oatmeal and I always ask for a splash for cream in my oatmeal. It is always cooked when I order it. Mai ( the managers name that I spoke to) kept insisting that it depends on the way I ordered it. I explained to her that I always order my oatmeal with a splash of cream and never have I been served raw oatmeal. And, I never have to ask for my oatmeal to be cooked. Read moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Went with my mom to this location for our morning coffee which normally starts our day off happy and positive... except for when coming to this location. The guy who took my moms order, Drake, was so rude! He did not even acknowledge my mom waiting in line even though she is holding a baby in her arms waiving him down because he was too busy talking.. When finally taking her order he did not smile and his attitude made it seem like she was interupting his congersation even though his coworker was telling him she has been waiting to go help her. He then began talking again after taking her order and ended up giving the 1 coffee away to the wrong person making her wait and didnt even realize it until she finally asked if anyone was making her coffee and he had to remake it again and didnt apologize or acknowledge his attitude about the situation.. Very poor customer service experience specially when people go to starbucks for the smiles and great coffee to start their day! HOPEFULLY SOMEONE SEES THIS AND BRINGS IT TO...

Some get your drink orders spot on, others don't seem to care.
It also drives me nuts that they run out of the correct size lids and straws! I can't understand this! I get it when you are sold out of my favorite drink, it's hard to say what we are going to really like. But lids and straws are very predictable and so you should be able to have the right inventory on hand.
I don't want to have the wrong lid with my drink. It changes the experience. As a company you spend a ton of money to create the perfect experience which includes the cup I drink from. Then when I order on the local level that experience is altered because you ran out the correct lid, etc. If this didn't happen often I wouldn't mention it here.
