Worst treatment at a drive thru ever. My friend and I pulled into the drive thru to get a late dinner, the line was already hella long but we decided to wait. A few moments into waiting in line two of the employees come outside, they look at us in the car and talk to each other. After a quick conversation between them, one of them pull out chairs and place them behind our car. We figure that means they are closing but the two employees gave us nasty looks as they went back inside. We can see them from the window still looking at us as if we did something completely wrong. As we pull up closer we can see a note left on the car infront of us and we assume that it says that the car infront of us was going to be the last car to be served considering how they acted. My friend and I start feeling bad until another employee comes outside and takes a note off the car infront of us while giving us nasty looks(confirming our suspicion about what the note says). From the inside on the car we can hear her slam the paper in the trash before going back inside. My friend has me get out of the car so I can move the chairs so we can leave because they have made us feel bad, like we are an inconvenience for them even though there was about 6 or so cars ahead of us. Read moreUPDATE: Since posting my review, I have been back to this location several times and I must say, they have seriously upped their game. They seem to have figured out how to work app orders and I have had no further issues with the quality of food. They are right on par with every other Sonic. This location is THE worst! The quality and service has consistently gone downhill. Multiple times I ordered through the app and after logging into the stall, I am left waiting, watching other customers come and go, while trying to be patient. Each time I had to eventually push the button and only then was my order (which was received) processed. They constantly overlook app orders. I ordered an iced, cold brew, vanilla coffee and received something akin to iced vanilla water. I knew it wasn't right the moment I removed the lid. It was so pale! Hardly any coffee taste at all. It was awful! Next up, the meat lovers breakfast burrito. I was a third of the way through it before coming to any meat! I had to open it up to see if there was any meat at all. Read moreI literally order food items 3 times a year. The footling coney dog, tots, corndog, and single bacon cheeseburger were great, 10/10 recommend! However the grilled cheese could have used more cheese especially considering the Texas toast style bread and the milkshakes were extremely watery and did not taste like what we ordered. The banana chocolate tasted like vanilla with a hint of banana flavoring or unripe banana puree and no fruit pieces but chocolate chips or solidifying chocolate at the bottom. The Oreo cheesecake was also very watery/liquid texture, tasted more like vanilla with the equivalent of 1 & 1/2 Oreos crumbled, soaking up the liquid, expanding, stuck together at the bottom and very difficult to drink with a straw. Would have liked it better blended at least. I remember their shakes being better quality, thicker, tasting like real ice cream, the chocolate banana shake being chocolate ice cream with banana pieces. These shakes were nearly flavorless.
