If I could give this Starbucks location a negative 100 I would. The service is terrible ALL around. From the drive thru, mobile order and walking in. The employee attitudes are no better either. I stopped walking in after they moved from the theater and started using the drive thru in the morning. I would spend 15+ minutes in the drive thru. Getting coffee is not worth getting written up and arriving late to work. So I started doing mobile orders. I would place the order 30 minutes before I had to be at work just to give them ample time even if it meant my coffee would be a little watered down. 95% of the time my order would not be ready, or they didnt have whatever it is I wanted or didn't make it correctly. One Saturday I remember placing a mobile order and this was at 7:30am. I get there and it looked strange because there weren't any cars/people in or outside just a car parked in front with 2 ladies. Basically told me to come back at 9 to get my coffee. They charge you for all the extras now, and since they did they give you zilch to NOTHING. One afternoon I placed a mobile order for my employees and 1:09pm. It takes me about 10 mins to walk to this Starbucks. I waited for 32 minutes for my drinks to get done. 1:51pm 32 MINUTES!!!! The service and quality has significantly dropped and with each visit it just gets worse (that's not possible right?) Fast forward to today. Placed my mobile I get there and it took 2 minutes for someone to even look up and acknowledge me. Then someone finally asks if I was waiting for a mobile order I said yes. She continues with "I'm sorry we don't have trenta cups would you like a venti instead?" I got charged for a trenta WHY WOULD I WANT A VENTI?! I politely asked for a refund. She takes the sticker to the cashier. The cashier places it on the register. She had a line of about 4 people when the other lady handed her the sticker. She was wrapping up with her current customer. AND GUESS WHAT SHE DOES?! She pulls the next customer. Didn't acknowledge me, DIDNT LOOK UP NOTHING!!! Guess what I did?! I walked out. This is the last straw for me. I'm not going to pay $10+ each visit only to be served poor customer service and poor quality food/coffee. I could go on and on about the service I've received here. But I'm tired and done wasting my time and money. I've had my gold card for over 8 years now. Things happen for a reason so I'm thankful because atleast now I can really save and delete the app....
Read morePeople that know me know that Starbucks is like my 2nd home. I've been drinking Starbucks for 12 years now. I've never ever posted anything negative about Starbucks, However this location Only had 3 people working it, I watched my drink being made then I watched it being sat down next to the drive-through window so I assumed it wasn't my drink and it was for the drive-through, That being said I watched the gentleman at the drive-through window pick it up 6 separate times look at it sit back down relocate it move it back-and-forth and never once attempted to hand it to me. I also ordered a sausage egg cheese sandwich and asked that the cheese removed, As I can't stand American cheese. I placed the sandwich order while I was waiting for my drink. I was brought my sandwich order And decided I wouldn't eat it until I got my drink after 14 minutes watching them move this drink around at the drive-through window I finally said does that happened to be my drink you're holding, His only response was OR you Lynn. A my reply was of course yes and I've been watching you play with that drink for 10 minutes now. His only response was why I thought it was for the drive-through window. So then I take my drink and my sandwich to the car because at this point I don't want to sit in Starbucks anymore they just ruin my day, I pull the sandwich out and there's melted cheese all over it. Being that I'm lactose intolerant I had no choice but to take it back in and have them remake it. I understand this is a long winded explanation but you must understand that my name was not only on the drink and they don't do that for a drive-through window. The tag on my sandwich clearly stated no cheese. This is the one and only Starbucks I will...
Read moreOpen for business. A new Starbucks (with Drive Thru) new location: 522 N. El Dorado St. @ Fremont St. Next door to to the new Chase Bank. Drive Thru entrance best from Fremont St. Update 4/9/19: Prepare to wait! You'd think that in our modern World technology allows us to do things quicker. Well, we know that's not necessarily true, especially here. First, let me say that I am not impressed with the interior design. If you want quiet it won't be here. The ambiance is like walking into a hospital or school cafeteria. Industrialish ceiling and interior allows too much sound from talking mixed with the usual Starbuck's sounds echos or bounces around the room. Waiting! I have personally experienced the disappointment of having to wait an extraordinary amount of time for my order. At this location, I've always ordered beforehand using the Starbuck's App. Ordering via the App is great. It allows you to save some time before you get there. The App tells me the time in minutes it takes to put my order together. Many times I order from right outside the store. So, once I come in I expect that my order would be ready. Unfortunately, there have been times that time saving was not the case once I arrived. Really, 10-30 minutes wait time!! On my next visit I now know that I'll be...
