Atlanta's Best Wings — Restaurant in Stonecrest

I've been going there for years and management has changed several times. They need to do a better job of not cooking the wings so long but overall a decent place to eat.

Today, I went back to give them another try. As I said, I've been a customer for a lot of years. The system was down and the phones were not working so I couldn't call in my order. Technical difficulty happens. You make do. Then the system came back up and they took my order. Had me and another customer waiting for 15 or so minutes before a young man "laughing" comes from the kitchen to say there is no more rice. Yes, we both ordered rice. They were able to make the first customers order but fell short of giving the amount they usually do. Then I ordered wings in place of the rice to go along with my fried chicken salad. Five minutes later the same laughing young man comes out and says they don't have any salad. 25 minutes wasted to then get my money back. Customer service was mediocre at best but the dark skin cashier did try to help. 45 mins ago when I came I asked for extra extra crispy wings. She told me she was going to let the cooks know in the back . I came back in 15 mins the food was ready but guess what not extra crispy. I sent them back. I asked politely if I could get what I paid for and at this point waited for. They took it back I waited 10 mins extra for well done wings. This time the fries were extra crispy not the chicken ! So once again I asked for extra crispy wings not the fries,trying to refrain from asking for a refund I sent them back. 15 mins later she bring me new wings not fried extra crispy. Okay, so I waited all this time and you refuse to make it how I wanted ?? I need a refund!!!!! Only 2nd time visiting and never going back ! I regret even suggesting this place to my husband! I absolutely love this place and their food, BUT……. Every time I go to this specific location Convington Hwy in Lithonia Ga the cashier ASHLEY has the nastiest attitude like she does not want to be there, she gets the order wrong EVERYTIME! I have to correct her a couple of times after I pace the order the first time. I have received great service at the other locations and went to this one often due to being the closest to where I stay, BUT….. I WILL NO LONGER BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION spending my money with this type of customer service, I will drive the extra miles and gas for better service I get at the other locations. Just sad how people take their job/positions for granted when their are hundreds of people would love to have your job and do waaay better at it.
