Captain D's — Restaurant in Stonecrest

My order was wrong as they left some of the food off my order. I waited I the drive-thru for over 20 minutes after ordering. When I left the line to go inside, I discovered they had locked the doors to the inside. I was told after i went back to through the drive through, even though it was only 5:30 PM, "We only have 2 people working so we locked the inside." I asked for condiments as the cashier told me it was already in the bag, so I could pull off (mistake 1- being rude to a paying customer). I was not going through the drive-thru line again so I checked my bag before leaving of course no cocktail suace as I specifically requested but they gave me hotsauce, which I didn't ask for. She then commented that I was holding up her line (mistake 2- being disrespectful and a smart alek) I then told her to get off the phone and do her job and then the line could move more efficiently. Won't be back to this store when I'm in the area, especially when they have JJ's fish two stores up the street. This was my second time stopping by this place in a matter of 2 weeks, and the 1st time was near closing time, and food was a little over fried. Not everyone trying to get over on you guys. But, between Uber and you guys. Someone needs to take responsibility for this situation . Your menu is misleading and one blames the other. Uber is using your name, so why you guys don't bare responsibility? The combos you are advertising comes with a drink . But, when you get ready to pick a drink. You charge over 2 dollars for it. I wouldn't have ordered it had I known it was extra for something that you advertised as part of a meal. The young lady told me that Uber makes its own prices and menus. And that none of their meals comes with a drink. The chicken was old looking and tasted bad. I had 2 combos. Both with fries. One order the fries tasted fresh , and the other one tasted older. One of my meals was the 15 piece shrimp combo. The shrimps was awful . You would think that paying 20 plus dollars on such a small order, would be fresh and good.
