They ruined my birthday dinner on 1/17/2025 I had reservations for 8pm they gave my table away my guest started arriving at 7:15-7:30 we checked in to let them know we was there the host came out to the lobby and asked to speak to me she said we have a problem we thought the party of 9 was you and your guest I said how did yâall ask for a name she said no I said well why the the Hell would yall seat them with out checking the name for the reservation they tried to put us in the garage / patio area my guest was like hell no we said we canât hear the band in here itâs stuffy she said we can open the door Iâm like no so we waited again the staff told me they let the party of 20 from the snow days come last night on top of the other ppl that booked for the 17th I told them they should have made them wait or booked them the next following Friday so I was embarrassed they separated my party after a hour and half wait to be seated put us in a small booth back to back I informed them my ppl canât fit the host told me if not then we gonna have to wait so I snapped my party guest said well letâs try to see if we can sit ok like I said we couldnât fit. Now my party standing in the area where the band playing and ppl looking at me and my guest cause we standing over and around while they trying to eat so they finally put us at the booth near the kitchen separated my party guest and all which made us even madder once seated we waited an additional 15 minutes for a server when she finally came she took our orders once she brought the drinks out she said itâs gonna be a 45min wait on food I asked my guest the said ok we can wait so she took our orders we dance to the band to kill time by this time itâs almost 10 we look no food we said maâam 45min done went by she said let me check ok she came back we still behind we looking around and said maâam all these ppl done and leaving I said just bring me my cake my cake was melted it was supposed to be refrigerated the host took my cake I cut my cake and opened gifts to kill time this time itâs past 9:30pm no food or nothing I asked to speak to the owner she did not come out to address the situation no manager came to apologize either by the time I opened gift and pass out the cake the band said good night it was 10pm we was like wtf the waitress said your food coming now so we sat back she brought out a plate of 5 shrimp on some lettuce we said thatâs it she said yeh we was like never mind we gone leave 10:20pm the manager came to the table I told them yâall been holding my guest up for hours by the time we tried to gather our things the staff pointed out the owner I said this is bad business that we was moved around 3-4times and she didnât even come apologize for the inconvenience my guest drove far the customers came to us saying it always like this and they donât know how to run a restaurant.    Read moreThis was our first visit to this new dining spot in our area. We decided to give it a shot based on the online menu. Iâve been dying for a good crab cake. So this was not a special occasion, just dinner out. Upon arriving we noticed that not much had changed in appearance from the previous owners of this location. We did however notice some really cheap signs on the windows advertising their brunch items. According to my husband they gave American Deli vibes. Because of these signs our expectations were low. Nevertheless, we continued. As we entered we noticed the item of the day sign that read â no live band todayâ. This was just fine for us, as we did not expect entertainment. We were met at the door by several very pleasant people. The hostess gave very welcoming energy. Despite not having reservations, we were sat right away. As was expected considering we were the maybe the fourth party of the day. The atmosphere was low energy, very relaxing. The music was provided by a YouTube DJ. An adequate replacement for live music I think. Our server was very attentive and gave excellent suggestions for our food and drink selections. We chose the crab cakes and fried shrimp for appetizers. Both were very flavorful and fresh, though a tad bit on the salty side. The accompanying sauce was a perfect pairing for both. My husband chose the Dominiqueâs side car which he enjoyed. I decided to go with a mixed mango pineapple margarita. It was perfect with just the right kick. For our entrees we chose the ribeye with loaded baked potato and asparagus. The broiled seafood trio. This is where the experience fell apart. My husband enjoyed his ribeye and sides while my meal was not so great. Firstly unfortunately it was servers cold. Secondly I felt short changed as the dish came with two small scallops as opposed to the four that were pictured. There was also a brown gravy over the top that was an unexpected twist. I did send the dish back because of the temperature. I also asked that the gravy be served on the side. To my surprise the exact same plate was returned after having been taken directly out of the microwave. The sauce however had been scraped from the salmon and placed in small plastic containers on the side. My husband decided to keep the dish and take it home and instead order the Rasta pasta which was my second choice. I must say that this dish came out piping hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The pasta was very flavorful. All in all the experience was nothing to write home about. None of the dishes we had would have us returning. While all the food was very flavorful and the portions were price appropriate, the only thing that stood out as exceptional was them putting my food in the microwave and bringing it back to me.    Read moreWe were very excited to try this place. Based on the menu, it seemed more upscale than the restaurants in the are. The excitement ended once we were seated. They ran out of lobster bisque 1 hour after opening. I was not aware of that until I asked for it. The usual process would be that the server informs us of any changes to the menu once we are greeted. Since there was nothing else we wanted, we asked to place our order for the main course. We were told we can't order the main course yet.
She was bringing out the bread. Then she came back after 10 minuutes, to say the bread was in the oven. The bread finally came out, she said she will being us plates. Well, after waiting about another 10 minutes, we just started eating the bread. I guess the plates weren't ready yet.
After about 20 minutes, she came out and was ready to take our order. 15 minutes later she comes out to ask what temperature would we like the Pork chops to be cooked at. Pork chops! Uhm, the only safe temperature pork should be cooked at. We're not trying to get a parasitic infection.
35 minutes later, 3 of the 6 meals came out. The meal was Luke warm and the fries tasted off, the consensus at the table was that it was fried in old oil. It was assumed that the remaining 3 plates were coming right out, wrong! After the 2 people the received their meals finishes eating, she came out to ask how's everything. My husband asks about his meal and the other 2. She whispered, she knows. 10 minutes later, 2 of the three remaining plates come out. The pork chops werw past well done. After struggling to cut the meat, it lookes like tree bark on the inside. It was inedible. The easieat dish to cook, pasta, still hadn't come out. The waitress was very rude and could care less about we were upset.
While we waited to order or main course, because we weren't allowed to order it yet, a couple came, sat down, tended to their twin infants, ate appetizers and their main course and left, while we were still waiting to be served.
Not once was there an apology or explanation for the delay. She walked past our table many times and not once stopped to say, she'll check with the kitchen to see what the hild up is. I mean the kitchen could have been a hot mess, but she could have saved her tip by updating us and being empathetic to what was out of her control.
We had to stop the manager/owner because our waitress would not inform him about the service! I think we came too soon after it's opening. We should have given it 9 months to iron out the kinks. Now, we will never come back here even though we live here in the stonecrest area! I would give...
