Avoid this location by all means. The customer service here is just deplorable.
I ordered my pizza in the store as carry out. The team member who took my order it’s his first day on the job and clearly was not prepared for the task of taking a pizza order. I asked for half cheese only the other half three toppings spinach, mushrooms and Philly Steak with white sauce on half of it. I wait 45 minutes for my pizza and finally they call my name I check my pizza... spinach on the only cheese side. I explained my daughter will not eat this as she only eats cheese. They remake and explain this time I can’t get the white sauce one side (but you just did it on the last one you messed up) and WHITE SAUCE IS CONSIDERED A TOPPING!!!! I said ok no problem just make it regular sauce WITH MY THREE TOPPINGS ON ONE SIDE PLAIN CHEESE ON THE OTHER. Good news was she was able to get it done in less 15 minutes! Amazing!
I checked my pizza it looked great! But it looked like my Philly Steak was under the cheese. I get home with my daughter who btw is extra excited about digging into this pizza we patiently waited an hour for. She takes her slice and goes to her room to enjoy dinner and TV I turn on my Netflix and boom I eat a piece.... no Philly Steak. At this point I’m hungry... I’m tired... and now I’m extremely upset how is it possible that this pizza is incorrect again!
I call the store and do you know they have a nerve to blame me for messing my pizza up? They state that even THE REGULAR SAUCE IS CONSIDERED A TOPPING!! So they only put spinach and mushrooms on it and that herself and the manager confirmed it. That manager never said one thing to me the entire time I was there. And she only explained that THE WHITE SAUCE IS CONSIDERED A TOPPING!!! Not regular sauce!! Who has a pizza without pizza sauce!! Had that been made clear I wold have gladly paid the additional cost to get my pizza right.
I asked for a refund and they actually had the audacity to request I come back out of my house at 9pm and return the remaining pizza for a refund!
Are you serious?
After you just put me through a bunch of nonsense now you want to inconvenience me so more!
And to top it all off the manager deducted from my refund because two slices were missing!! Really??? That’s how petty this team is and It’s just so annoying the incompetence and inconvenience they caused me tonight.

I drove to the store 15 minutes later and still waited another 15 to 20 minutes to pick up my order. While waiting I observed the following.. some employees handling dough wore gloves.. some answered the phone then went directly to handling dough without washing hands or changing gloves. Employees came off the road and went directly to the kitchen to handle orders. I observed no hand washing.
When I finally got my order it was opened, the pizza box was opened and it looked okay. The pasta was slightly burnt, but because I had waited to long and was hungry I took it and left.
When I got home served myself the pizza and took a bite, there was a huge chunk of chicken in my mouth... my daughter had this same experience. It was disgusting!!! I called the store to make a complaint and they offered to make me a new pizza.. because I was unable to go back to pick it up, I asked them if they could deliver it. They refused and hung up without even trying to see if there was any other way they could help.. This is store has deteriorated a great deal since it opened. I used to buy at Papa John's and occasionally at Little Ceasar's was glad that Domino's came to the area, because I enjoyed their pizza and my brother and niece had both worked at their stores many years ago. I have never had any problems with Papa John's nor with Little Ceasar's and even Pizza Hut, who have always been willing to acknowledge a customer's complaint and offer a solution. Domino's has lost a valued customer. My complaint to Corporate resulted in the following response "this is an independent store and there's really nothing that we can do". Nevertheless, it still tarnishes the brand when stores provide poor service to its customers.. Needless to say, I will never ever shop...
Read moreToday, I placed an order for two regular cheesy bread pizzas. When my order arrived I found out one of my cheesy breads had jalapenos and ham inside of it. Not what I ordered. I called up to the store to let them know and the employee told me that "there was nothing they could do. It was my fault. I must have made the mistake from the app. They don't put meat in their cheesy bread." In the middle of me explaining that I have the email receipt for proof of my order I hear music playing. I didn't know if I'm on hold or if I was being transferred. She eventually came back and said that her store manager said that there was nothing they could do. It was my fault. I asked to speak to the store manager myself. The employee reminded me that it was the same person that she just spoke to, but I didn't care. I know what I ordered and I wanted to speak with someone hopefully more professional.
Upon speaking with Laura, their store manager, I loved her professionalism. She listened, she understood. She offered either store credit or to send out a replacement. She then apologized and asked if I wanted an additional item such as a drink or a brownie. I told her a brownie would be lovely. Ps. I just received my brownie and it's looking a bit funny.
