Very disappointed as this is my first time ever going to this Mcdonald’s, I had placed an order online “HM81” for the drive through, and when i arrived the drive through was backed up and not moving, so i went inside, i watched the first person recieve their online order and when my turn came Evan Owen’s approached me and asked what i wanted, I told him i had an online order and showed him the code, he stated that they could not do a drive through order inside, i then stated i did not want to get back into the drive through and asked if they could just make my food being that i already paid, he said ok and walked off, 10 minutes passed and i got his attention again and asked for an update on my order, he then stated again that they could not take a drive through order from inside, i told him that i was not getting back into the drive through and that i jus needed my food made, he then asked me what my order was and i showed him, he said ok and walked off again and never attempted to make my food for another 10 minutes, then an older woman came up to me and asked what was wrong, i told her what was going on and she went to go and get help, another young lady came up to me and asked me the same question, i told her and she stated that drive through orders had to be through the drive through, however she helped me go into the app and change it to an in store pick up, however the thing that really upset me was another young man walked in and told Evan Owen’s that he had a drive through order but wanted to come inside and get it, Evan did not ask any questions and handed the man his order, to me that was very disrespectful as i was given a difficult time by him when i asked the same question, I appreciate the two ladies that helped me but i will not be returning to this...
Read moreThis is one of the worst McDonald's in existence! I usually try to avoid it, but on this day I was hungry and wanted a little something to carry me until dinner. When I pulled to the drive through there was only one car at the second drive up window. They drove off while I was ordering. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a quarter pounder with cheese. I figured these are two of their most basic menu items and shouldn't take too long. It turns out I was very wrong! When I pulled up to the second window to get my order, it took about two minutes before anyone came to help me. The girl then asked me what my order was and disappeared again. About three minutes later, she returned and asked if I could pull to the door. For two burgers! I honestly think this place is run by children and slackers. There is nothing but horseplay and tomfoolery going on in there. No one cares about doing any work. I sat outside this door waiting for my two burgers for another five minutes. When someone who I had not seen before brought the bag out. They had gotten my order wrong. Of course, by the time I looked in the bag, she had disappeared. I was so frustrated at this point I just left with what they gave me. There is a survey that can be filled out online for a free sandwich, but I honestly do not want to go back to this place ever again in my life. I think I will just take the survey to let them know how bad they truly are and not get the sandwich. I have very little hope that the owners even care about this at all. This place did not get like this overnight. It took many, many years of carelessness and neglect. Congratulations guys, you have arrived at the bottom of the barrel. AVOID...
Read moreWife and I stopped here after coming home from the airport. It was 10:15pm. Several cars in the drive through line in front of us had been pulling out immediately after pulling up to the menu/speaker. When it was our turn the employee said that they were "only accepting mobile orders at this time."
I thought I must have misunderstood, and asked him why he couldn't just take my order right there since we're already talking. He said "that's just how it is. Sorry." My wife and I stared at each other for a minute, then I said that doesn't make sense, and asked him if I just pulled up my app and place an order while we sat there would we get any food. I don't think he was expecting that, because after a long silence he said "I guess you could do that." In a tone of voice that made it clear we'd be waiting a long time to get our meal, with no guarantee that it was spit free or otherwise tainted.
As we pulled out in disgust I looked through the window to see two employees laughing and doing what appeared to be some kind of dance behind the counter.
We drove right down the street to the other McDonalds off the I-20 exit which was actually serving customers, and I told the cashier about what had just happened. She laughed and said "yeah that's bulls$%t, they just didn't want to work."
If there's a manager reading this you need to axe a few employees ASAP. If they're doing this every night then they're costing you some serious $$$.
