Horrible terrible customer service. Staff needs to learn how to provide better service, know if a customer's order is ready or not, and be courtesy if an employee is at fault with an order. Learn to tell a customer sorry or apologize for any mix up or inconvenience and learn to tell the customer thank you when handing there order. Guy working there with dread locks told me my order wasn't ready when i walked in, didnt even bother checking. I sat down for 10 minutes waiting. I then asked is my order almost ready, and come to find out, it was ready before I even walked in. No apology or lack of remourse for having me wait that long. That same employee was side chatting with another employee about another customer he encountered in a very unprofessional way and horrible usage of words in reference to that customers potential private life. Read moreVERY CHILDISH ENVIRONMENT ‼️ There’s NO ONE over the age of 24 working here. There was a lady complaining that order wasn’t ready. The same thing happened to me the first time I came here. The second time I accidentally ordered the wrong vegan smoothie, I did NOT ask for a refund. I simply asked could the correct one be made. MAKAYLA acted as if Smoothie King is her personal store. I asked them if they could call the manager since they refused to make another. MAKAYLA TRIED to make me wait, as if it was going to take a while. I asked Jade how long would it be after standing there 2-3 mins. Jade told Makayla to come out. Makayla came out with an attitude. Had it remade. I said thank you twice and she never said a word. I asked for the manager Danille number. Makayla walked to the back then ANOTHER LITTLE GIRL came out, made eye contact as if something was a joke along with Makayla. She gave me the store number. Read moreI would like to give it 5 stars since the service and the smoothies were tasty however, they allowed a person to enter without a mask even though they clearly have the mask requirement on the door before entering. With so many people on edge, I would hate to see an unnecessary confrontation so in part I get it, yet with the pandemic still in place, I was hoping people/customers would simply comply. After ordering, the individual did go outside to wait. Temporary relief. Thankfully, everyone else wore masks. Also, while the staff constantly cleaned supplies, it might be helpful to have those who work with mixing the smoothies wear gloves. They did a lot of handwashing, however, I probably won't return because of the failure to have a glove protocol or enforcement. I can't see having to trash my lid each time but in times like these you have to if the staff isn't going to take that next step for safety. I'm not trashing the spot. Glad the location is there.
