Dear Subway Customer Service, I am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience I had at one of your locations on panola rd .. on 8/29/25 around 1:00pm While visiting the store with a friend, I was waiting in line directly after them. After my friend had completed their order and checked out, I remained standing, expecting to be served next. However, I was completely ignored by the staff. To my surprise, another customer entered the store, and the employee immediately greeted and served him, as if I was invisible. When I spoke up and mentioned the oversight, the employee raised his voice at me and claimed that I had been asked "3 or 4 times" what I wanted which absolutely did not happen. Instead of listening or apologizing for the misunderstanding, both employees became argumentative and continued to be rude. I even had to assert that I still wanted to order a sub, despite their unprofessional behavior. The level of disrespect and poor customer service I experienced was unacceptable. I felt ignored, disrespected, and dismissed. This is not what I expect from a brand like Subway. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed with the staff at this location. Read moreThis location needs to either close down or hire people that want to work and provide good customer service. I was there this evening between 6 and 6:30. There was only one worker and was sitting in the back of the dinner room and there was one other customer that was getting to leave. However I asked if they still had the Italian and she didn't respond to my question and I asked again and her response was she didn't know what that was. The lettuce was brown looking and said about it and was once again slow to respond but said it was fresh, that is was just put out. My biggest issue is that this girl had on dard shades and barely opens her mouth when asked a question. I was not greated when I walked in but spoke to her and she didn't speak back. However unprofessional customer service and care about the food that is being served. I left and went over to the Flat Sholes location and got much better welcoming service and there 3 people working together and took care of me. These young people have to understand that is their going to be in customer service and they have to be customer friendly. Panola pay closer attention to your store. Read moreI haven't been to a Subway for many many long years until recently. Placed my order online then by the time I come in to pick up my order it was already done as that's the good news.
Bad news is by the time I get home, The salad I ordered was missing the cheese, The spinach leaves wasn't chopped in small pieces as requested for the salad & NO Lettuce wasn't even in my salad as how you going to fix salads for customers without the Lettuce, -_- SMH. The sub sandwich was done alright except its a shame that Subway subs still feel like you eating mostly bread unless you double the meat / main-item and I still gotta say Publix still doing it right with the sub sandwiches in their deli.
Overall gotta say no matter the recent changes / improvements etc., Still feels like it's the same Subway I've known...
