Today me and my daughter came in the store looking for the outfit we seen on that previous Wednesday for her to wear for a outing.We asked one of the girls working at the time if we could hold till friday because we would be back friday to buy the outfit. I believe the manager Theresa told the girl no but the lady was still kind enough to hold it for us since my daughter really wanted the outfit. This morning we came in looking for the outfit but it was nowhere to be seen. We found the pants in a XL so I told my daughter to go ask the manager if they had the pants in a different size. When my daughter went up to ask she was met with a very nasty & rude attitude from Theresa. She raised her tone with my daughter then told her NO, whatever you see on the floor is what you get. My daughter told her she didn't have to talk to her like that and Theresa just rolled her eyes at my daughter & continued to scroll on her phone. She is rude, has no respect for any of the customers, has the worse customer service & has no patience at all. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Neither me or my daughter will be returning to this...

Read moreThe store manager Tony Thomas is very rude and condescending! His entire demeanor comes off as curt and unapproachable. I’ve been online shopping with Rainbow for years-if I have to return an item the amount has ALWAYS been applied back to the card I used online within the 30 days policy-but because I lost the white invoice slip he decided to apply the return as a store credit! I contacted corporate immediately-they called him & explained the way he handled that process was incorrect. Because of his bad attitude and demeanor I decided not to go back in the store so he could make the correction. A customer should not feel this way at all! He needs to attend customer service...
