Tonight I experienced the worst service and handling of a situation by a manager that I have ever experienced. We eat at this store a lot since they opened. More recently I started ordering from the TS app and picking my order up from the drive through window because of how convenient this is mostly. I have NEVER had an issue ordering this way in the past. However, for some reason tonight every rule on picking up an order that was ordered via the TS app changed and I was told that I can’t pick up an order that was placed on the app at the window (even though I did the previous night when the owner was in the restaurant and on numerous other occasions). Therefore, I told the manager on duty (Reiza) that I would like to cancel the order since I’m not able to pick it up at the window like I’ve done on many other occasions. Reiza then got quiet and left me to sit and try to figure out what was going on. I then pulled up to the window to ask if the order had been cancelled. The manager Reiza responded yes. She cancelled my order without even attempting to figure out how she could accommodate me or possibly move forward without cancelling my order (She obviously couldn’t care less). Also, she did not tell me that my order was cancelled nor did she give me a receipt proving that my order was cancelled. She was also rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth saying “yeah, I cancelled it.” When we stated that the cancellation wasn’t communicated she got loud and said she cancelled the order. I asked for the manager, she stated she was it. So I asked for the owner’s name and she yelled “there’s four of them!” I asked her for all of them and she quickly rambles them out. I asked her to write them down so she yelled“OH MY GOD!” I also asked for corporate’s number and she told me to “look it up.” I asked for proof that my order was cancelled and she refused to speak to me. I am dissatisfied with the level of customer service at this location. I was taken aback at the rude demeanor the manager representing TS has. If this is the type of service provided, this is ridiculous and I will not patronize this store. She relentlessly refused to give me my paid for order and decided to cancel it. That is unacceptable. Read moreI’m a regular customer at this location and have never had any issues until today. I ordered a salad and paid for two extra dressings. When I got back to work and poured all the dressings on the salad, I tossed it and took one bite… that’s when I realized something was off. The salad was mostly just meat, cheese, and croutons with little to no lettuce at all, and what lettuce there was had brown, wilted spots. On top of that, my kale apple slaw on the side was spoiled.
I called the store and was told to bring the food back. When I got there, I explained I didn’t want it remade I had to return to work and just wanted a refund. That’s when I was told I couldn’t get my money back because I took one bite. I asked to speak to the manager, but the girl helping me walked off, came back, and said, “no” the manager refused to speak to me and wouldn’t approve a refund.
What really upset me was her saying, “if you saw it was all chicken, you shouldn’t have taken a bite.” First of all, I didn’t see that right away the salad had cheese and toppings on top, so I didn’t notice how much chicken there was or how little lettuce there was until after I tossed it around. She even admitted she saw it was “a lot of chicken” some people like that — but I don’t. That’s not a real salad I don’t want a meat salad !
She also admitted the kale slaw was old instead of refunding me, she just brought out a fresh one even though I said multiple times I didn’t want it. The whole time she had a smirk on her face and was talking to the manager on the phone like it was funny while I was clearly upset.
I’ve supported this location for a long time, but this experience was disappointing. Poor customer service and no accountability. I really expected better.

I ordered Peanut Paradise already comes with peanut butter asked for no protien extra peanut butter. Got home and it tasted the same. It didn't even change to peanut butter color just same ice milk cream color. Ordered my grandaughter strawberry banana from kids menu she said it was nasty. I tasted it and it was just slush water no flavor. I went home and added peanut butter to the tropical paradise SLUSHY and it had the color flavor and consistency i was looking for. How do you sell something that does not taste like peanuts nor peanut butter just a flavor ice water. Terrible terrible. I thought this company was dedicate to real product but it's turning into mass production of cheap food and ingredients. Been going here for many years. All locations nowi will not recommend. I hope they get robots to run it with better ungredients or just shut it down like they shut down smoothie king who had nasty puree prepackage fruit . you have no idea what's in any of this trash.
