Oh how I wish I can give this place a zero. But my company always order from this place. And I just got off the phone with a EMPLOYEE (lady) that was rude as hell. I ordered with ease and waited for my total never got. So I called back and asked for the total and she said I never asked for it, any service they just automatically tell you. Then she proceeds to give me separate total amounts for my item. And then I asked her to add in the text she slammed the phone down and said OH MY God SHE PICKED UP THE PHONE AND GAVE ME MY TOTAL Of EACH ITEM WITH AN ATTITUDE NO TAX AND I PROCEED TO ASK FOR A MANAGER. SHE THEN SAYS THAT THE MANAGER IS NOT AVAILABLE SO THEN I ASKED IS THERE A PROBLEM I SAID YES YOU GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON. THEN SHE ASKED ME IF I WANT IT. I SAID NO! NOT KNOWING WHAT SHE'LL DO. PLEASE MANAGEMENT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. WE LOVE THE FOOD BUT THE SERVICE...
Read moreBeen going to Rocco’s for years. Our family even gets sheet pizzas for our birthday parties. Nothing to complain about as far as quality. We moved from Stow to Akron last summer, and so we haven’t been able to frequent like we used to. My wife said today she wants some good pizza, so of course Rocco’s comes to mind for me. I check the menu and was shocked by the prices. Not too long ago they regularly had a 2 large - 1 topping special for what I want to say like $22. Fast forward a year and a half or so and now that same special is $27. I’m tired of seeing these shameless rising food costs, and then blaming it on the pandemic. I don’t know how these places survive when you could go to Papa John’s and get twice as much food for less. Yes, there is obviously a difference in quality, but when I’m trying to feed my family, Papa John’s will...
Read moreI haven't had Rocco's in a long time and just a few times in the past 20 years. Like most things nowadays, it's just not the same as decades past. Got a large which looked basically like a stretched out medium if it were anywhere else. The crust was so thin it's a wonder it didn't have a couple holes in it. Crust used to be normal thickness - not thin or deep dish. Cheese was plentiful and tasty, I'll give it that. And to me, that's the best part. Sauce was about non existent which unfortunately blends all the flavors into blandness which even the pepperoni couldn't save. Rocco's pizza has always been on the greasy side and still is, but I don't mind that if there's flavorful sauce and spicy toppings. Just wish they'd go back to the 70's &...
