Wendy's — Restaurant in Stow

If I could put a zero I would. We had a doordash order so we first came inside and were told to go through the drive thru, so we proceeded to go through the drive thru and approached the box and said again that we had a door dash order. At this point the person on the speaker said wait one moment and we proceeded to move forward to the window because doordash orders are already ready and only requires a name. So we get to the window and say our doordash name and are then told we need to go to back to the drive thru and give the name at the speaker. We asked why and were told “because” I asked why again and was again told “because”. I asked to speak to the manager and the person at the window stated she was the manager. I asked so why are you asking us to go back around to the drive thru to give you a name when I can give you the name right now and she again answered “because”. We cancelled the doordash order and left. I understand maybe we should have said the name first when she had asked us to wait at the speaker but to answer a customers questions with “because” is disrespectful and degrading. Unprofessional and I will never return to this location. There was also no one in line at the drive thru and absolutely zero reason to circle around the building to...

WOW. Holy cow, am I disappointed. I really haven’t had this bad of an experience at any Wendy’s so where do I begin.

The guy who took my payment and handed my change had soaking wet hands and that really grossed me out, why couldn’t he have dried off his hands from whatever they were wet from? Hopefully just water…

Then I get my food, I ordered my pop with no ice, always make that very clear when ordering and 95% of the time any fast food place gets it right, they handed me my Fanta, with ice, and quickly corrected it after I asked which is great.

Then I parked to eat, thankfully I hadn’t driven off because I opened my 10piece nugget meal to absolutely no sauce I asked for, so I had to go inside and get some.

Luckily I asked for extra because one of the sauces was cut open! Come on! Can’t you check the items you hand over the counter before giving them out for someone to consume!? Thankfully I had backup.

OH and I almost forgot to mention, my 10 piece nugget was actually an 8 piece nugget + 2 of the spicy nuggets and I really hate the spicy ones so I guess I just got screwed there too.

Unreal, come on Stow Wendy’s, do better. It’s truly...

Ok, it was late in the evening, I give them that, but we ordered two $5 biggie bags. One with "everything" and one with "only lettuce and onion". Both came with ketchup, a pint of mustard, and a single sliver of white onion. Strike one. They asked us what sauce for the chicken nuggets. We requested one honey mustard and one BBQ. After we got home we discovered there was no sauces in the bag at all. Strike two. We were only 7 minutes from home and the food was cold on our arrival, the chicken nuggets were spongy, there was almost no salt on the fries, and the burger needed microwaved. Strike three...you're out! I'd love to bring back my receipt to the store and show that we didn't get what we ordered, but they didn't even give us a receipt. No wonder, considering they couldn't even give us hot food or the sauces they asked us about. Do yourselves a good favor: drive down to Graham Road...
