THIS LOCATION IS STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS . My family has been on a Verizon family plan for more years than I can even remember, at least 15, and for the majority of that time we have done most of our business at this Verizon location in Stratham, New Hampshire. The store is always extremely clean and organized. Especially during this time of crisis, they are going above and beyond to keep their store sanitized. They have disinfectant wipes available and ask customers to wipe down their own devices before handing them over to staff, which is a great preventative measure. They have the store very clearly marked with blue tape to help direct customers regarding safe distances to be aware of. I don't think there is much more that they could be doing to try to prevent this Virus from settling in at their location. The wait for service is rarely more than a few minutes, even on a busy day. They are also really good about finding each customer the best deal they can and alerting them to available upgrades their plan may be offering at the time. I believe this is the only Authorized Verizon Retailer in the area. If you live anywhere in southeastern New Hampshire, this should be your Verizon destination if you need any type of Verizon service. It's especially helpful for this location to remain open during this time of emergency because so many people are having to learn to homeschool and that involves being somewhat technologically savvy, and some folks, like us, need some help figuring out how to use some of the programs teachers are using to keep students connected and up to date with their education. Regarding that, I would be remiss if I did not mention one of their exceptional employees who we have been working with almost exclusively for at least the past year. My mother and I were there on Sunday morning to ask for some direction in using some particular applications. And, as usual, Justin Loring went above and beyond his job requirements to help us. He spent well over an hour showing us exactly what we needed to know in order to keep my brothers 8 year old son up to date with his classroom expectations. And then he refused to charge us for any of his time. We did purchase a new tablet and a charger and screen protector and we paid for that, but there was no additional charge for all of his time and knowledge. Read moreA Friday in August of 2020, I went in with questions about moving phones around, a new phone, and a new line. Ben was very knowledgeable and knew what I was looking to do. What an amazing experience. Walked away knowing that, I again, made the right choice.
Brought my mom and her friend in there the following day, Saturday, her friend was called by another Verizon retailer to come in and upgrade. Turns out they weren't being uo front. Ben, walked her through a few things and she was very happy with how she was treated. Mom.is getting a new to her phone and switching to Verizon, one was because it is the smarter choice and two, Ben. He sealed the deal with his amazing customer service. James as well.
Collin, Justin, and Brandon are amazing. My phone wasn't working and it is brand new. They did everything in their power and were super helpful. I will be back for all my phone and tablet needs in the future.
Came back December 2018 and Nick helped me out. What an amazing experience. He knew what he was talking about and was able to answer all my questions. Will definitely be back and refer friends and family.

My phone was totally out of service, a true crisis :), and I went to Verizon to be there when they opened with the hope that I could get in and out quickly. When I got there another woman had gotten there ahead of me--and there was only one person working. And let's just say that this customer had a complicated situation and the employee had his hands full. Throughout the hour that he spent with this customer, he could not have been more respectful or helpful even though the situation was extremely challenging. And to his huge credit, about 20 minutes in, he took the time to announce to me and the others waiting that he was the only one in at the time, that he was sorry for the wait, told us it would be a bit longer and again apologized. True customer service. He literally spent over an hour with this woman and when he finally got to me, you would never know that he just spent the last hour in a trying situation, he gave me his full attention, explained all my options and quite to my surprise, found me a really great deal and taught me a few things along the way. You have to know that the customer service has to be exceptional for someone to give 5 stars after waiting for over an hour for help but Kenny was respectful, professional, helpful and accommodating, the Verizon Store is incredibly lucky...
