Blasiole's Pizza — Restaurant in Streetsboro

I received a BLASIOLE'S coupon in the mail yesterday. And their price on a medium 12-in plain cheese pizza was $9.99. After calling to order the pizza they told me that the price had increased and is now $10.99 + $3 delivery. After telling him that I just got their coupon in the mail for $9.99 they says well that's the price now is $10.99. Because I was very hungry and did not feel like cooking I agreed to their $10.99 price because I had no choice. And on my debit card which I get notifications on on every transaction where the card is not physically used the bill was $17.29. And the pizza had absolutely hardly any very seriously hardly any cheese on it and all it was was a pizza with very little sauce and pretty much no cheese . I was very much disappointed very much when I received the pizza and had to eat a pizza that was basically no sauce no cheese. And the overcharge on my debit card, they said well next time you call in will give you a $3 discount and probably not probably definitely would never call them for a pizza being that they said the coupon that I got that day the price went up. So if you're looking for a pizza I suggest you look somewhere else Not only was the pizza terrible and dry again with no cheese and barely any sauce I believe your money would be better spent with another Pizza Company. And they overcharged me on my card well that's just a rip-off very disappointed in this company and suggest nobody deal with them because you're going to get screwed for money and for a piece of garbage Pizza. And I guarantee you everything I say is the truth especially the $3 overcharge on my card plus the dollar more from their menu that was received in the mail by me the same day I ordered period shame on this company for deceiving and cheating not just me and the public with false advertisement and the overcharge on my debit card which they did not want to make good on, after showing the delivery guy that they did charge me $3 extra plus the dollar more on the price of the menu. Shame on that company for deceiving the public and ripping them off, I would advise greatly

After speaking with the owner a day later he brought me out a pizza the way of pizza should be made. When he made it it was very good. Hopefully their pizzas will change and be made...

Edited: After my review, I heard from the owner of Blasiole's. It is rare that an owner actually takes the time to not only respond to a review, but go out of his way to make things right. I appreciate that. I will definitely return to Blasiole's. I understand that everyone is really just doing the best they can and we are all learning as we go.

I don’t eat pizza often. However, when I do, I prefer Blasiole’s to other pizza places in Streetsboro. The customer service is never stellar. But, the pizza is great. Today, the customer service was so bad that this may have been my last time overlooking it for the pizza. I sat inside the restaurant for at least 10-15 minutes and no one ever said anything to me. Not hello, or can I help you. Three different staff came out and served every person that walked in the door after me. And each time I thought, maybe this time someone will ask about my order. On the third person, as she also walked by me without a word I told her how long how I’d been sitting there and that no one had helped me. I could hear the workers talking in the back that I’d not said anything to them. And I’m sure that’s not how customer service works. I actually wanted to cancel my order and just leave. Especially after all of this, the last staff member did not even apologize or say anything to acknowledge the poor customer service. Blasiole's Pizza is really good. Every time I go to streetsboro to visit my mom and we order pizza I ask her to order it from there. They have great food all around. They should try making a stuffed crust pizza sometime though just to add something new. I think all pizza places should try making one though. The owners have always been great as well. I grew up in streetsboro. They do a lot for the town as well. I don't know why people even use any of the other pizza places in town when they are so good. Support the local businesses in your town if you're visiting from somewhere else at one of the hotels in streetsboro support this local business. I'm a big guy I know good food never trust a skinny person 😜. They have a good salad to if you're not wanting the pizza. Those who work there are also kind and helpful. Don't forget to tip your driver's and even if you come pick one up leave a little tip for the employees. It doesn't hurt to give up $5-$10 especially if you live in streetsboro. It's just common courtesy to tip. I'd even say tip fast food places if they are giving good service but...
