This Staples clearly has a leadership problem. When a cashier which I expect knows nothing asks for help they can't get effective quick responses from their leadership team over the walk talkie things they wear. Meanwhile leadership is nowhere insight, or when they are around they're sitting around trying to find ways NOT to come help. Extremely poor customer service. Their selection of merchandise is extremely limited. They can't even afford to own the entire store (the store was split into two other side is vacant). The staff while polite MOST of the time are clearly struggling with very bad leadership. I came in one time looking for a chair and they didn't have any at the time - again they have some now but it's extremely limited. When I was looking around the store an extremely rude supervisor named DEB explained in the utmost rude tone they didn't have any. She made me feel unwelcomed so I left. I hope they close this store soon as they're clearly struggling and have very poor customer service. Maybe replace it with a microcenter or something actually...
Read moreIn a world full of people who just don't care about anyone but themselves, ZOE in the copy center here is a MOST AMAZING employee, and wonderful, caring person. She didn't know me, and all I wanted to do was send a fax. Though she could have busied herself otherwise, she stopped what she was doing, and really helped me. Just to send a fax. This has been the best customer service experience I've had in years, and I looked around for something else I needed, all because I wanted to patronize the business more. You are amazing, Zoe. Two things are true, here: First, Zoe will be successful ANYWHERE she goes, so I'm certain Staples has realized this and1 is taking good care of her. Second, I won't buy office supplies, electronics, etc. from anyone else after today's...
Read moreI had an inoperative inkjet printer that I had to replace. I took the old printer to Staples to recycle it and buy a new printer. To my astonishment, I did not have to buy a recycling box for the bad printer. Instead I was told that I could buy another printer of the same brand and get a rebate for recycling the old one! I had a very peasant experience at the Staples store. I was taken to the printer section and offered different printers by the brand I was looking for. The new printer was brought to the checkout, I received my rebate, and one of the associates took the printer to my car for me. I shop at this location often and this experience only serves to strengthen my intention to continue to shop at this Staples location...
