If I could give this zero stars I would.
I went here on Thursday April 3, 2025 with my mother and my sister. It was about 8:20 in the evening when we pulled into a parking spot, and about 8:25 when my sister and I went into the restaurant to order our food. My sister order a regular 5-piece tender combo, my mom wanted regular a 4-piece chicken combo, and I ordered a regular shrimp tackle box meal. We were given our cups and told that our food would be ready soon.
As my sister and I walked over to the fountain drink dispenser, I almost fell because the floor was wet from a rolled up rug that was leaning against the wall and because someone was mopping the floor of the dining area but was leaving too much water on the floor. Half of the fountain drinks had no flavor and tasted like it was just club soda with a drop of food coloring in it.
We find a drink that tastes kind of okay and sit down to wait for our food. We waited and waited and waited. We were the only customers in the restaurant. Staff members kept walking past us and one of them even asked us what time it was right before she locked the doors. It was 8:56pm by the way. So already it's been 30 minutes. We sit there for another 15 minutes and then go up to the counter. I almost fell again because the floor was STILL wet. A couple of the staff look at us and then ask each other who's working the front. Somebody finally comes and looks around and she seemed annoyed that nobody packed our order which apparently she was supposed to do in the first place. Then after standing at the counter for a while, she comes and says that they don't have any more shrimp so do I want something else. HOW IN THE WORLD HAVE I BEEN SITTING IN THIS PLACE WAITING FOR MY FOOD FOR NEARLY AN HOUR AND YOU'RE JUST NOW TELLING ME THAT YOU DON'T HAVE WHAT I ORDERED?!?! I choose something else and my sister and I stand at the counter until it's done. We finally get our food and go back to the car where my mother had to sit for over an hour (she's in a wheelchair right now and can't get around too good). This was our first time at this Popeyes and it was a horrible experience. There's no reason it should have ever taken that long to get food from a place that only had 2 or 3 other customers who were at the drive through....

After sitting in the drive thru for about 45 minutes (45 minutes of my life that I will never get back) I asked to order the Mix and Match Family Pack and was told that this location doesn't have that meal right now, which was fine, so I proceeded to place my order about 3 times trying to get the young lady to understand what I wanted, I even had her repeat the order back to me, she was right on. Pulled up to the window to pay the young lady handing her a $25 gift card and my debit card to make up the difference of my $58.00 bill. She handed me my debit card and receipt when I noticed she did not use the gift card, I had asked her about it she said that they were not presently accepting gift cards, so I asked her where my gift card was and she again repeated that they do not accept gift cards at this time. Another lady came to the windows and I had to explain the same to her, that I wanted my gift card back, she asked the young lady that took my gift card and she repeated that they do not take gift cards, the lady that stepped in ask her where my gift was she pointed to the register and told her to give me my gift card back??? After receiving my food at the windows and pulled away I was missing a chicken sandwich, I walked back in and was given the sandwich. After getting home I realized that I had only received 12 of the 24 Chicken wings I had ordered. I was not about to drive back, wasting my time trying to explain, I just chalked it up as a loss and a lesson!! I really thought for the time that it took for this location to open they would of had it figured out!! Hopefully you guys get it figured out before...

I ordered my meal through the app and drove roughly 30 minutes to this location. Online and on the app it said the location was OPEN. It was NOT! It was closed due to "Plumbing Issues". I unfortunately accepted this, and within the next 20 minutes requested a refund through the app. An entire TWO WEEKS (Unacceptable) went by with NO RESPONSE from Popeyes. Eventually they did reach out to me and told me that I must provide them with proof that the store was closed (WHAT?!). They don't know if one of their locations is closed for an entire day?? They said I needed to take a photo proving to them that their store was closed... Unbelievable. I explained that it was now TWO WEEKS LATER and that I would like a refund for the product that I DID NOT RECEIVE. No answer. I call the helpline, and there are no humans answering calls... they send you a link to their website. I use the Ai chatbot, and it said it wouldn't be able to help me. I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP!
