I am so sick of this location. I work down the street and this location is the closest. I have been having problems with them since December. Such as forgetting to add cold foam(which is extra money) to not making the recipes correctly. I will say they do remake the drinks when I return. But itās starting to become regularly and I am getting fed up. I never write reviews but today I have time.
Today they had to make my drink THREE times. The first time it had no cinnamon dolce flavor at all. I immediately went back to the store and asked for it to be remade. The manager had the barista with braids remake it yet again, and told her donāt forget the cinnamon dolce pumps, she responded back that she did add it the first time with her funky attitude. Well Iāll be darned, she remade it again and the SAME nasty BITTER expresso and milk flavor persisted. And not only was it nasty, she was rude and slid it across the counter instead of asking me to make sure my drink was correct. The customer service aspect is not there for her, nor is her barista skills. She needs to be retrained immediately.
I went back to the manager to tell her the drink was still not correct. She asked if I wanted to add an extra pump. I told her no, because when itās made correctly it tastes great. She said other stores could be making it wrong if Iām having inconsistency(this is the only store Iāve been to that makes it nasty every single time). the manager proceeded to make the drink as the recipe called, and boom, drink was perfect!
Overall, this is beyond annoying because I should be able to pick up my mobile order and not have to turn around half way to work from spitting the drink out. This is extremely frustrating and it takes away from the fast and conveniency of the location. Someone needs to correct the poor behavior and barista skills at this location. Itās piss poor,...

Got to this location at 6:30am.Nobody was inside ordering or waiting and only one car ahead of me in the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and sat there until 6:45 am while two employees were cleaning equipment. They saw me and didnāt come to the window. I thought maybe they were backed up and they didnāt get to start my order and thatās why I was waiting. That was not the case. After sitting there waiting for 15mins someone finally came to the window and asked my name and then handed me my order which was made and had been sitting there on the counter the entire time I waited. I get being busy with a task or backed up but to ignore a customer and make them wait for no reason when their order is sitting there is just poor service. I was trying to stop in before work and ended up being late and will not be coming to this location in the morning before...

The lady that took our order in the drive thru was very rude, had a very nasty tone and immediately tried rushing us before I was even done with the order, which by the way was only 2 drinks. As soon as we get to the window (it was the same lady who took our order), she mentioned the price and I had nicely asked while giving her my phone to scan and pay if that was including the the bogo, she rudely said ānoā. Never told me the price after the bogo special was applied (if it was applied) handed me my drinks and never said another word.
