Subway — Restaurant in Strongsville

This place is a SCAM do NOT oder from here I ordered and paid online and immediately after noticed I had picked the wrong location so I called the store to CANCEL and they told me that they already made it (in less then 2 mins mind you) refused to give me a refund and continued to say the food will sit there and wait for me to pick it up ????? How rude and unprofessional my order was almost 15$ it might not be much but their company manage to steal that from me so how many other have they done this to??? Or how many more??? Money adds up it's hard times for everyone right now doesn't give people the right to scam you out of money even if it's a few dollars DO NOT...

Someone please train these people how to make a real sandwich and close it right!!!! and stop putting 5 leaves of spinach like its a rare commodity, make a sandwich like you would at home, you wouldn't put one slice of meat and half a cheese and a strand of lettuce would you?! Then make a manly sandwich at the restaurant and dont skimp on ingredients!! Please train on how to make a sandwich that doesn't fall apart, theres one lady here that makes a sandwich right and i tell her shes amazing every time, i tell her to train these other blotes to make it right, especially thw foreign gentlemen, his sandwiches literally fall apart when he wraps...

There’s something fundamentally wrong with the way this Subway does business. 1. I get asked if I’d like bacon on the great garlic (the sandwich that says comes with bacon) 2. I am given one portion of cheese (4 slices) on a foot long that comes with 2x cheese. 3. The portions of chicken here are small and the meats are behind a stainless steel shield that doesn’t allow to see what you’re getting or how much of it, what happened to glass? 4. I am rung out for “the monster” a sandwich that costs $2 more than the one I got. I think some sort of oversight needs to take the ownership from this franchisee as this...
