Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stroud Township

My first and last time going to this place. They falsely advertised “Free donut with the purchase of a drink on Wednesdays.” It happened to be Wednesday and I ordered a macchiato and specifically said “a free chocolate donut.” My total was about $8. I asked the cashier to explain the charges. She charged me for a latte with an extra shot and the donut. After correcting the proper way to charge a macchiato she still attempted to charge for the donut. When the staff asked what I was talking about I told them they have a sign on their menu board that says what I mentioned above. First they argued that they didn’t before a few minutes went by and someone decided to go outside to investigate. While she did that, I requested to just pay for the drink so I can go. The cashier said no she has to wait for the girl to come back. I said I am not paying for the donut either way. So charge me for the drink that I plan to leave with. She must of been new because she asked if she can do what I asked. After I paid for my drink the staff member that went outside walked in saying “yes the sign is there but she’s not getting it.” With such a rude remark I requested to have my drink refunded because this was just not the experience I was looking forward to. This place deserves negative stars. I do not even know if it is worth the review. I am local to the area and have come to this Dunkin numerous times in hopes that maybe it will change. It never changes. For starters, their drive-through services are slow! There is only one, maybe two, people who work here that are nice, respectful, or knowledgeable. sorry not sorry. The food is either always wrong, or cold, or they do not have any in stock. The drinks, like the food, are either wrong, cold (or warm if its suppose to be cold), or they do not have the items in stock. They have even told us that the have ran out of cups or other supplies. How des this happen constantly with no repercussions! Today is the last straw, I came here today to get one hot drink and one cold drink. The hot drink was colder then the cold drink. The start for the cold drink was already ripped open. Not to mention the hot drink was completely wrong.

As somebody who frequents a Dunkin regularly, I will never come to this one again. I gave it plenty of tries and today was the last. Of course, some will say "if its that bad then make it yourself," well if you work a busy schedule that limits the time needed to make these items or do not have the food/equipment to make it yourself then it is a little difficult to...
