I have unfortunately had the displeasure of ordering at this Taco Bell. Let's start at the beginning. I pulled into the drive through (To my discontent) only to be greeted by a miserable employee through the intercom, not only did she ask me to repeat myself due to her lack of attention, but she proceeded to get my order wrong. What kind of employee doesn't know their own menu? I simply asked for no tomatoes on my Mexican pizza, and they not only added tomatoes, but removed my sauce. When my good friend humbly asked the rude employee to add the sauce that they removed, She spited me by adding the sauce on TOP of the Mexican pizza??? How difficult is it to do your own job correctly? I mean I've spoken to kinder rocks on the ground. Now to my fault, I forgot to ask to remove the beans, which is why I gave them one star instead of Zero. However, I believe that this job should be replaced by AI immediately, because this interaction in my life has made me lose a large amount of faith in humanity. This is almost as bad as not even getting food at all? What if I was allergic to tomatoes? Would I be dead now? I don't know. But what I do know is that I will not be eating Taco Bell any time soon. It is really unfortunate because I was really looking forward to a nice meal with my friends, but then they proceeded to make fun of my displeasure. This has led to me not enjoying my Friday, or my meal for that matter. As I write this review, I continue to be ridiculed, all because I simply wanted a nice meal. Next time I am in the vicinity, I will surely be taking my business to Chick-Fil-a. At least at Chick they know how to treat a customer right. I've never had any issue arise to this degree at Chick-Fil-A. As a matter of fact, I've never had an issue of this severity arise at any other fast food place. It is a wonder you people are still in business. "Live Mas?" No I think their slogan should something more along the lines of "Hate their customers grande". This is why authentic will be superior to corporations pathetic attempts to copy a lovely style of food. I would much rather take my unhappy self to a tradition, loyal small business that would treat with a modicum of respect. Placed a mobile order for pickup($18) and they deliberately made me wait for 55 min. White gentleman who ordered the food from kiosk when I step in saw 4 guys who came after us with big order got their food on time. So that gentleman voiced his opinion and said he order 20 min. ago and how are these guys coming after us getting their food fast and told me this is not right to which I said ‘Yep’. Black girl who was in charge heard me. Gentleman got his order in 10 min. After that atleast another 15-20 guys came for Dine in/pickup and I was deliberately kept await. I asked twice that it’s been over 50 min. I am waiting and the black girl in charge keep saying with really bad tone we’re 3 ppl. When I asked that in last 50 min. you served atleast 25 ppl who came after me in dine in to which she keeps loudly and disrecttfully saying We’re 3 ppl. Drive thru girl was nice and tried to ease the situation but the girl in charge was highly rude. Every black guy that came after me, she personally asked what you order and she’ll get it right out. I’ve no issues waiting an hour if you’re short staff. But serving 25+ ppl coming after me and deliberately ignoring me for agreeing with someone saying you’re not doing something right because you keep serving ppl coming after us and ignoring us? Read moreMy recent visit to the Taco Bell in Stroudsburg, PA was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the experience was marred by abysmal customer service and unprofessional behavior from both the manager and her employees.
Upon placing our order, we were told it would be a short wait. However, 30 minutes later, our food had still not arrived. Not only were we left hungry and frustrated, but the lack of communication or updates from the staff added to our aggravation.
As we decided to leave due to the unacceptable wait time, the manager confronted us in a threatening manner. It was shocking and completely uncalled for. To make matters worse, one of the employees began to approach us aggressively, further escalating the situation.
When our order finally did arrive, it was completely wrong. Not a single item was prepared correctly, and there was no apology or attempt to rectify the mistake from the employee who handed us the order.
Overall, this experience was utterly disappointing. The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, coupled with the hostile behavior exhibited by the manager and her staff, has ensured that I will never set foot in this Taco Bell again.
