McDonald's — Restaurant in Stroud

We attempted to go inside to eat at 9:45pm. There were people inside, however, when we got out of the car a woman went around and locked all the doors. I checked the times on the window which said they were only open until 2pm, which I thought was very odd and wish I would have taken a photo now. Online it says the lobby is open until 11pm. My husband called to ask for clarification and the woman stated that they were closed and that the people that were in the lobby had just gotten there before us. She did not say when the lobby is actually scheduled to close she just kept repeating that they were there before us. Essentially nothing about any of this made sense. The door said they should have been closed since early afternoon, the website says 11pm, we were there at 9:45pm and had the door locked in our faces. Im making an assumption that they just didnt want to deal with the football game release traffic. Unfortunate for McDonalds profits. Anyways, please fix the signage on the building and website to reflect the staffs preferences.

Oh it gets better, I’ve now been informed that the band bus made the unfortunate decision to eat at the same location. They were let in… however, we’re made to feel terrible as the staff were talking very loudly from the kitchen about not wanting to “stay after midnight again”. I have experienced a lot of issues with McDonald's over the years. Its fast food and no ones perfect so I overlook it.. Tonight I was so mad I didnt know what to do. We went through the drive through. My wife myself and 2 teenage boys. We ordered, payed and pulled to the window to receive our order. 2 minutes tops. While we were waiting a school bus pulled in and unloaded. We were told to move to slot one and wait for our food because a bus of the that kids just pulled up. It was the team from the game we were just at. My boys are on the same team. I pulled into the slot and after 30 minutes we still didn't have our order. Everyone in the drive through behind us got their order. Including my neighbor. Who texted me when they got home. They were the car behind us. So I went inside. They just hadn't put In our fries. Our food was cold, they left out a quarter pounder, 10 peice mcnuugget and a order of fries. We had used the mobile app but opted to walk in due to the slow drive threw. I walked in the store was clean but as I stood at the front counter no one came to see what I needed one worker walked right by me and didn't say a word. The lobby was not busy at all the drive threw was slammed. I had ordered a large French Vanilla Iced coffee. After about 5 minutes a worker saw me and asked what I needed I showed her my mobile app she then said they were having to brew more coffee or something but she could make me a French vanilla frepe I said ok because we were in a hurry then she tells me their frape machine was broke so after 15 minutes I got a small French vanilla coffee with whip cream. Now I know a lot of places don't keep coffee made but if it's on your menu during business hours keep it made.
