This is usually my favorite Dunkin to stop at on my way to work. However, today has definitely changed my perspective. I went for my normal stop, pulled up to the drive through, placed my order. But Emily, person taking drive through orders, was not paying attention. I was asked to repeat my order three times. I finally asked if she was able to hear me over the noise. Emily stated “I can hear but I’m trying to get your order right.” So for the fourth time I repeat my order, I was given the wrong purchase amount, which was almost double the amount of what I pay regularly. Again I stop here at least 3 times a week and my total is the same every time $3.69. I pulled up to the window, asked the person who opened the window if she was taking the orders. She replied “no it wasn’t me” Emily then began yelling at me through the window, she stated “I’m having a bad day” And slammed the window in my face. I kindly went inside to talk to a manager and was told “our manager leaves at 4 everyday and it’s only use three here” When I came inside the store, Emily continued to verbally assault me. So with that being said, Emily I hope your life gets better, that you get less bitter, that you learn how treat customers, that you get re-trained on your customer service skills. Read moreAmeenah troutman: you did not ask if I heard you through the noise you specifically told me with an attitude if your order I was taking was being recorded and if I can hear you and you specifically said I’m going to REPEAT this one more time and talked to me as if I was slow. You’re voice was to low when you talked. I definitely was paying attention and even squeezed the headset to my ear to hear you since you talked low again. You repeated your order THREE times and I read it back and explained to you I’m just trying to get your order correct to de escalate the situation. You’re total was 6.64 because you order a medium hot coffee with a donut. You pulled up to the window asked my coworker if it was her and then proceeded to talk about me saying how I was “slow & dumb” right to my face and I told you “it was me ma’am” and you began yelling so I told you I’m refusing service and closed the window. You rushed in the lobby asking for my name a coworker had no problem giving it to you and I even said my name for you no one was yelling😂 so within THAT being said Ameenah learn how to speak to workers who are serving you with RESPECT & touch grass and humble yourself. Read moreThe store down the street (@ indian st) told me that extra spread was free, and the few times i tried with them seemed good. So tried to go to this one i told them once what was said didn't seem to care, and second time was already home before realized no extra spread, barely enough for one side. So yesterday i went again first time in a long time asked for extra spread for two bagels and sure enough didn't have enough for one bagel while charging me 1.50 extra for the spread. of Course knowing history i check my order after drive thru and sure enough same thing, so i go in have them put more didn't say sorry or anything just kept on giving me looks. Do not give me looks if you give basically one teaspoon of cc for bagel that just barely fits on one side. I don't care if you charge, but you should put the correct amount on if you do. So $2 for bagel basically $2 for cc cheese meanwhile from now on ill just get $2 for pack of bagels at grocery store and $2 for container of cc. Save lot more. Just sad if i do go again will never be to this one. I did complain once same thing did offer to call, would have just wanted to hear what they were going to do to make things consistent...
