I called last night around 6:30 p.m. (New Years Day) to see if they were open and, if so, what time they closed. The first time I called, the line was busy, so I hung up and tried again. A girl answered and greeted me politely at first, then immediately cut me off, changed to a negative tone, accused me of calling 20x, and hung up on me. I couldn't even get a word in to correct her, tell her I only called twice, and she must be mistaking me for someone else, and explain the actual reason I was calling. Im four generations of being black here in stuart and been through alot racism. I dont know whether it's racism or being rude. If I feel uneasy about something I'm probably right. I came and brought my nieces and nephews here and felt rushed away. I been here a couple of times and never sat in ate here. We ordered and sat and ate at the tables. When we were cleaning up and about to go a worker asked my niece can I help you with something like she wanted us to hurry in leave. First time here and everything that we tried was super tasty! My daughter got the Oreo Mud pie which she said tasted exactly like the name! Also got two gelato’s one mango and one watermelon the salt ice cream melt in your mouth along with the Italian ice flavor really hit the spot! When walking up we mentioned it was our first time and customer service offered of us free samples if we wanted to try which I thought was really awesome!
