McDonald's — Restaurant in Sturgeon Bay

Stopped at this location while on vacation. When we pulled away we checked the bags to make sure all items were there. We were shorted the 10 piece nugget and sauces so we pulled around to grab them. When we pulled up to the window we were questioned about actually ordering and paying for them. When we said we did the lady asked for the receipt to verify, which would have been okay, had it not been asked so rudely. We handed over the receipt for verification, and was showing we were correct. She then huffed and walked away to get the nuggets, shoving them at my husband through the window. When we asked for the sauces we ordered with them we got a big eye roll and sigh.

After all of this WE thanked HER for fixing their mistakes. However, not one apology came from what I assume was the manager (only assume because she was wearing what I believe is the managers top).

Oh, and not a single person that we could see was wearing a mask, while standing right behind the mask that says masks are mandatory at...

I dinned in and placed my order at the register…. I don’t know if the cashier was new but my moca frappes we’re served as a iced moca my sandwich was not correct and my kids nuggets were cold…. When I received my drinks after telling the cashier 3x all drinks are large all my drinks came small when I asked to have them changed I got a attitude from Matt I was missing a frappe from my large order and asked kian for it he said your gonna need to order it cuz it’s not charged I checked and I got charged 2 large cokes instead. Than I went to the mobile station and ordered my frappe and when the girl served it she pretty much threw it and the straw she literally threw my sister had a large order too and both were messed up. The people here that are kind need proper training and as for the ones with attitude either need a job where they don’t deal with people or something but I know we’re not coming back I hope your expos better if you decide to go here thanks for reading hope...

I used to come to this McDonald's and didnt have issues. Recently, I feel like I am inconveniencing the workers by ordering food. Most of the order takers just look at you and dont say a word and just expect you to order without even a hello. Orders then come out wrong or cold. One time I asked what was on a specialty burger that was advertised and the manager didnt even want to answer the question. She just said with attitude for me to look at the picture and see. There was another time that we were inside eating and the delivery semi came and parked my car in. No one asked us to move the car. I had to squeeze my car out of the parking spot by backing up and going forward repeatedly. The workers are mostly rude and dont want to be bothered. I will be driving a few extra miles to go to the other McDonald's across the bridge. Door county doesn't have much to offer for fast food and I would really like the few places that we do...
