This review is not about the business nor the food because Papa Murphyâs is great love their pizza love the product. The younger staff making it they're always courteous, friendly and theyâre always nice.
This particular review is about an older cashier lady who I donât know if sheâs doing it on purpose or if sheâs just not that bright. But every time sheâs working and I come to this particular store she manages to swindle discounts away, change coupons and switch them for other things of lower value. Particularly tonightâs my order was screwed up not a big deal but the funny thing about it was I was offered a discount for my inconvenience of five dollars but yet I had a coupon good for three pizzas that wouldâve taken off nine dollars but that coupon was only used for one pizza because the other 2 werenât on the order, so where I shouldâve already had a 9 dollar discount because of the coupon I had a 8 and then she referred to it as a discount for a mistake. So either sheâs not aware of what the coupons actually say or deliberatlty does it or Mathe just seriously isnât her subjects.
So if my math is correct family style pizza is $14.50 times two which comes out to $43.50 with tax comes to around $46 - three dollars off per pizza with coupon good for 3 family size. Which is 9 dollars in coupons discounts and then if you were going to add five dollars for an inconvenience because my order was screwed up but not a big deal, and wasnât needed. I believe that comes out $14 indiscounts. But I only received $8 hmmm? So in all reality the total would be $32 not $38 but original discounted price $37. I believe in the business world we call this quick change , I normally donât post things like this, however considering this has happened to me with this particular individual more than five times already I believe it should be made aware, along with that I didnât really feel like trying to explain this to a 50+-year-old woman who had the look in her eyes that she didnât have the slightest clue what the hell I was talking about in the first place. Plus I didnât feel like makeing her look like an idiot in front of a bunch of high school students.
So the real inconvenience was not that pizzas were forgotten but rather repeated...
Read moreVery good food (always love it), BUT during this time Papa Murphy's was not following proper sanitary measures. We witnessed, while waiting for our pizza pickup, that one of the workers did not switch gloves when going from the inside to outside (touching the unsanitized door handle, then immediately back to making pizza with those same gloves.) I do not mean to harshly diss--just wanted to inform others and let people see this in hopes of creating change. We should make this a better time for everyone and stay safe together to allow for a better,...
Read moreClosed because of cold weather?! My family enjoys Papa Murphy's often. Would be 5 stars minus what happened today. Business was closed because of cold, not a storm, just cold. Gas station was open, hair salon in mall, tanning salon, etc. Yes, it was cold, but this business is indoors and doesn't deliver. The "icky" weather is typically when businesses like this strive and many turn to this choice. Hard for a business to make money when they are closed. Will they be closed when it...
