I usually do not have an issue with this location but unfortunately 12/6/2020 I was quite disappointed. Ordered a drink I’ve had multiple; made customizations, typically no problems. I had sent my fiance in to get my order; had to send it back in because it was made wrong. (Had specified no sea salt topping light mocha drizzle) He brought it back in to get it remade; the gal took the drink and gave it to the barista. Barista then took the drink and took a look at it and said “what is this!”. (Customers are allowed to make the drink how they like them) Got the drink back and it was wrong yet again!

Read moreIve gone to this Starbucks a few times now and have had my order messed up every single time. I have even tried to clarify my order before getting to the window, and it still gets messed up. When I try explaining what I want at the window, the baristas never understand what I mean, even though my order is pretty simple. I usually get a venti green tea latte with coconut milk and vanilla bean powder. They forget to give me my other items if I order more than one thing, so I have to remind them every time. Read moreI went through the drive through. Pulled up so other customer could get their order. Noticed I was short 10 dollars . Went inside I was told that they’d count drawer at end of night. They’d even drop it off. Since the employee didn’t live far from me. Got a text saying sorry you left premises we can’t do anything about it. Talked to corporate they said talk to store, we can’t do anything, talked to store manager he basically said it was my fault for paying cash because that’s what happened to him but different situation.
