Absolutely horrible experience. Not only did they have 10 cars waiting to order when they were not taking drive thru orders, but they then told the people who pulled up that they could order inside or online only. I placed an online order and went to go inside to pick it up and the doors were all locked. They brought out an order for another car that had been in front of me, and when I said “excuse me” 3 times, the employee with the curled hair looked at me and actively RAN the other way once he realized he couldn’t get back in through the front doors. ONLY because of this did the second employee give me the time of day as he realized he also could not get back in the front. They went in to get my order, 3 more cars pulled up to order inside after sitting in the drive thru, and they realized quickly all of the doors were locked. One employee was giving out false information and rather than being mature and answering the questions and dealing with the issue, they ignored everyone. I would LOVE TO KNOW why there was NO management in sight, and why 2 maybe 16-18 year old boys were running this store when they clearly are not mature enough or equipped to do so. Read moreAbsolutely horrendous. Both drive thru lanes were open. No blocked lanes. I went to the order panel in the lane and the lady said “that lane is not open you have to go around and use the other one”. No hello. There were no cars behind me there were no cars on the other lane. There were three cars ahead of me all lined up and now I was stuck behind them. I explained that. I asked why wouldn’t you block the lane then now I’m stuck waiting. She wouldn’t answer and I had to wait over ten minutes while the other three in front of me waited for their food. Unacceptable service and a waste of time. I was told the lady was the manager and she is the one who still said what they did was ok. She insists the lane is not open and they won’t open it with two workers. Her customer service skills are so low she can not understand that making a customer wait in a long line (over ten minutes) without taking their order and NOT blocking their extra lane off is unacceptable service. Read moreI took my 3 kids there last Saturday at about 4:45pm. When we parked I saw 1 car in the drive thru. Inside the dining room was completely empty. Just as we walked in the young woman at the counter turned and walked away. So we stood there for about 5 minutes and no one ever acknowledged us. Unless I count the red headed kid that was making food that looked at us a few times. Never said anything though. The only thing we could hear was loud rap music laced with profanity playing and some very loud person in the back somewhere rapping along. I would give his rapping 0 out of five stars. As for the girl that was at the counter, she never returned. Sure was nice to waste my time and expose my young kids to profane music. What a joke. This place has been open less than 6 months and it's already this bad.
After wasting my time there, I drove the extra distance to the Taco-Bell on Velp and had a very pleasant dining experience. Won't be going back to this...
