honestly this place is hit or miss. when i first ate here it was really good but last night was awful.when i went to pick up the pizza there was a roach on the counter and in that moment i shouldâve just walked out. that alone makes me question their cleanliness which is unfortunate because on a good day the pizza is really good. i ordered bread sticks and got bread with nothing but oil on it. i tried calling that same night but nobody answered so i went in the next day to get a refund and the manager told me she only does same day refunds (i called and got no answer that same day so i donât see how there couldnât have been an exception). i mentioned that it was my fault for ordering a hour before close and she made a face, laughed and agreed with me. an hour before close or not i should still get my food made the right way. iâm a person whoâs paying your business.. you get paid to be there if you donât like the job, leave. it sucks that the person who made my food will not get any consequences or even a talk by the manager. i just feel like there was no professionalism when i talked to her about the issue. she told me she can remake the pizza or give me credits and thatâs all she could do. the remake on the pizza and breadsticks were good and i was satisfied but id defiantly rather have my money back after seeing that roach. i will not be returning here sadly. oh and dont order a hour before close or youâll be wasting your money and wonât be able to get a...
   Read moreThis was probably the worst experience with a pizza place I had ever had. I am not one to complain but I am floored they get away with treating their customers this way. I ordered a pizza at 7:18pm, the person who took my order was very rude but I didnât think anything of it. I work in service and sometimes people are just having a bad day. They told me the credit card machine was down and I had to pay in cash. I said that wasnât a problem, I could pay cash on delivery. Around 8:20pm I called again for the status of my pizza and they told me itâs out for delivery. Around 9pm I call again, TWO HOURS later asking for the status of my pizza. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes! Then finally they said you are the next stop. I was a little irritated because it had been two hours, and when I called the second time they said my pizza was out for delivery. So I asked will my pizza be cold because itâs been in the back of a delivery car for 40 minutes. The manager ALEX claims it will not be cold AND that in fact it should be piping hot. It is not so now I am upset I have to pay $41 dollars for two cold pizza on a two hour delivery time, when I tell her I refuse to pay for the pizza she starts yelling at me on the phone and demands I give the pizza back to the driver.    Read moreOrdered 2 thin crust pizzas online, told me it would be ready in 20 min. I get there in 20 min and I'm told I'm 2nd in line to be made. I had to wait another 20 min. I get my order and one pizza is made wrong with regular crust. I take the wrong order back to the store and worker tells me, "we ran out of thin crust." I asked why didn't you tell me? He said you saw how busy we were. WTW!! No, it was not that busy. He would not refund my money for the wrong made pizza that I didn't ask for, I could only get a refund if I turned back in both pizzas. The correctly made pizza was at my house. He wanted me to go get it and bring both back to get a refund! He told me I could only get store credit. He informed me that they would just throw it away. He stated it was company policy. Wowwww!!!
