Starbucks — Restaurant in Suffolk

The manager is the rudest person! First it took her forever to acknowledge me standing at the counter and then acted like I was a huge inconvenience. I ordered the same drink I order every week (I go there once a week). And she told me that there was no way to make the drink I asked for and I told her I get it every week and she told me I must have been getting it from another store because they don't do it there..... I told her no I come to this store every week and she continued to tell me that was impossible because she's never seen me before in her life and she's the damn manager (her words). I told her she's right I've never seen her either, but I definitely come to this store I'm not stupid she's just never there. Or if she is she's not the one working behind the counter. I will never come back to this one as long as she's still the manager because there was no reason to be rude she could have just told me she didn't want to...

I'm literally just leaving this place after waiting in line for 10 minutes. I placed my order only to find out that are out of lemonade. When I told the girl working their they she put a sign up or let the ppl know what your out of. she just looked at me no apology. I went to look for the manager who should have been there because it was a long line. That manager name was Tara she has short reddish hair, she was dismissive and she said that they arent allow to hang a sign. That's absurd. I still ha e drive to another Starbucks. Poor service today April...

Expensive for the quality of the food they offer. Only serves breakfast. We bought two sandwiches and they were almost frozen in the middle. We asked for soy and they made the latte with regular milk. Not good when you're allergic to milk. The hostesses were very nice however. The latte was replaced but we didn't eat the sandwiches until after we left so ate overpriced cold nasty food...
