Always so disappointed with this location. Our order is NEVER complete something is always missing or wrong. So frustrating. Today we stopped by the drive through and ordered two soup and sandwich duos and a bread bowl. Once we got home we realized we were missing one of the sandwiches. So I called to relay issue. I was asked if I wanted to come back to get item. I declined as it was raining and I did not want to load my kids back in the car for half a grilled cheese. I was told to write employee name on receipt and circle missing item and bring it with me next visit to receive item. Umm what? I do not want to make a trip there for half a grilled cheese and am not interested in spending my money here again. Also, my bread bowl was ice cold as if it came straight from the fridge. Side note .. As I was sitting in drive through window the three employees behind cashier (two seemed to be managers) were caring on conversation that should have been addressed outside of lunch hour 1:30. The employee bagging was obviously distracted from task at hand as he was the one being talked at by both team members while attempting to bag orders. Likely the reason orders are going out incomplete. I believe an appropriate response to store mistake and inconvenience would be to offer something that is actually worth coming back. Read moreI get food delivered from here kind of often. I fortunately found something I like & that helps me out personally. Anyway, my only issue with this location is that there's almost always an issue with quality control. Your bread can often be found lying under or next to everything from the utensils, the bag of chips to whatever else is a part of your order..it's likely touching all that. Another thing is you can keep experiencing having your order missing the main ingredients like some salad or all the chicken in your chicken salad. Even if you paid extra for extra add-ons you'll have paid & not received them too. It's also often where your food is packaged kind of poorly! Example; I ordered dressing & half the dressing was lining the bottom of the bag & soaking through the baguette that I mentioned can be found with everything else.. I have spoken with two nice managers who have tried to remedy the situation..it's just..how many times can I have these situations? I feel bad because sometimes I have not called because I imagine the employees may be tired & overworked..but I feel bad for myself & other paying customers too! I say all this to say something needs to be done in order to keep business. I thank you for the service you all have given me. I hope you all get rest & appreciation! I also hope you can do better! Read moreI'm going to say I'm disappointed. The cheddar broccoli soup was dramatically underwhelming, nothing that it can of concentrated Campbells couldn't generate. But it was warm and fine. The small half of a sandwich I wound up with, turkey bacon bravo, was all right albeit way smaller than I would have expected. The iced tea, I was optimistic at first set, but the aftertaste tells you that they either don't clean the iced tea dispenser regularly, or they don't clean it well. It has that aftertaste of neglected iced tea containers, a little bit like a wet dog. Had the meal been reasonably priced I wouldn't have bothered leaving a review or commenting, but you weigh all of the things that were mentioned in the presence of a drive-thru tab that was damn near $20, and I'm left no choice but to say that was ridiculous. I don't mind paying $20 for a good lunch. I don't mind paying $10 for a okay lunch. But a lunch that's barely okay and not filling for $20 is ridiculous.
