So ladies, if you like being ripped off this is the place to go. They do the age old scam tactic to women that "if you don't get (insert whatever work here) you will be in danger or damage your car beyond repair"... there are tons of reputable shops and this one is not one. The manager or claimed manager Eric changed his story several times to try and cover his tracks during our conversation about the work I requested to be done. It always gets me when these shop realize that you know the work and car as well as they do. When attempting to prove his point, after he threw a temper tantrum when I told him to get my car off his lift and try his scam on someone else, he couldn't nor could he figure out why he was unable to reproduce his problem. Bottom line is this place is shady and will try to scam you if you let them. Oil changes seem fine, but once you request work you better know what type of work you need as well as what it takes. After I argued with him about his scam tactics he said he could do the job as I requested from the beginning... I don't think so, for the same price I can take it to the dealer. I forgot to note that it took them an hour to call me and say they couldn't do the work, when really they could they just chose not to. They said they couldn't do the alignment because the control arm was faulty, news flash it's been the exact same for years and that doesn't mean you can't do an alignment, it means the alignment won't be perfect. Honestly I don't expect a place like this to get any alignment perfect, they aren't an alignment shop and they certainly aren't as reputable as the oil change reviews perceive them to be. One reviewer noted they didn't put on lug nuts for a trip with a small child and then attempted to blame it on her for taking it in and not knowing they were not there. Like I said shady and it was the owner that did the work. Whether the lugs were on or not it is a shops duty to inform people after work has been completed that something that critical is missing and insist it be replaced before going on such a trip. Shady tactics and it goes all the way up...
Read moreI’ve had to change my prior 5 star post to 1 star. After referring many people to come here in the past all the referrals have stopped immediately. When i arrived for my oil change the skid plate for my vehicle was securely bolted. When i left the skid was no longer attached to my vehicle. I was told by an unprofessional manager who lacks all the customer service skills that can image ( starting with a proper introduction, acknowledgement of the issue, and proper resolution) that it wasn’t their problem the skid plate wouldn’t bolt back in to my vehicle.
Claims of rust preventing it from bolting back in and every other lazy excuse. All anybody ask is that their property is returned in the same condition it was received. The bottom line is this company displays the lettering Honesty, Trust, and Respect. Nothing could be farther from the truth! Potential customers please beware of this business at this time. I hope corporate can make the needed changes to get this business back on track.
Thumbs up to the young man who helped me during the oil change. You have the skills to communicate and basic human empathy your so called manager lacks. Like i told you, “ It’s not your fault and i’ll take care of it through...
Read moreGood experiences in the past, but not so much this time.
Took my truck in because it was overheating. The diagnosis was that it needed a new radiator and thermostat. Cool, had them complete that project.
The day after the radiator was replaced, my truck began overheating while driving again. I took it back in under the service warranty and was told that it was “likely just an air bubble” working its way out of the newly installed radiator. I didn’t think that was the case, but gave them the benefit of the doubt and took it home again.
The next day, it began overheating yet again (I wasn’t really surprised at this point).
I dropped it back off on Friday 3/14 and was told I’d have more information before they closed that day. I didn’t hear anything back from them on Friday or Saturday. Halfway through Monday 3/17, I decided I should give them a call since it was pretty clear they weren’t calling me.
Now after not having my truck usable for over a week and spending $1,200 on a radiator and thermostat I likely didn’t need in the first place, they are telling me that they aren’t sure exactly what the issue is and recommending I take it elsewhere for further assistance.
Pretty disappointed in...
