Sunday, 9/11/22 we came to ihop and arrived at 10:30 and they told us it would be 45-60min wait. There were two families ahead of us and the parking lot wasn’t too full. The dining area wasn’t even that full. They had several available tables. So we assumed that they were just super short staffed, especially with all the workers running around in a rush. At 11:30 we finally got seated. From that moment everything went to hell. We didn’t get out food until 12:45pm, and that is only because we told the waitress that we have been waiting two hours and we were going to leave. She told the servers that the next food that came out had to be ours. In the meantime while we waited, we counted 4-5 tables of families that came AFTER us with their food before us. They all ate and left before us. So finally the food came and it wasn’t great. You could tell the pancakes weren’t finished and they were rushed. The waitress kept apologizing, we know it wasn’t her fault. She told the manager what happened and apparently he said we would get 20% off. We never did. He only gave us a 10% senior discount, which we would have already gotten for my dad. So the waitress was nice enough to take our drinks and some meals off the total. Still was a $80 total and $20 tip. We had a horrible experience here. I understand they were short staffed but we don’t understand how 4-5 other families got seated after us, their food, and left all before us. It’s as if they just ignored our order.
Oh and the manager was hiding the entire time from us. We were told he would come and talk to us and he never did. Didn’t even want to give us the discount. All the cooks were just standing around talking also. At least 6 of them back there and only one...
Read moreMy family had the WORST experience at this location! We came in as a large group, and we DID expect service to take a little longer because of the size of the group. What we DIDN'T expect was to all be seated in separate tables, have our orders taken that way, and then for them to deliver food to the separate tables one at a time. Our first group of food came out about 20 minutes after we got there, and the last group came out over an hour after we arrived. Multiple food items came out wrong, and took forever to get back to us. We had other items burnt as well, oh, and when our order of biscuits and gravy came out with no sausage in the gravy, they took the plate back and it came back with sausage links on the side, and we were instructed to cut them up and put them on the biscuits, because obviously it was too much of a hassle to actually make the food right. Our waitress told us the kitchen staff makes them put orders in separately, otherwise they get mad at the waitresses. A member of our family left their table for a moment and while they were gone, someone came and bussed their table and took away their unfinished food and drinks, so when they came back, they didn't get to finish their food or anything else. And then, to top it all off, when we asked to speak to the manager, they refused to get her for us because apparently she was in the kitchen cooking. This place is a JOKE and so is its staff! I do not at...
Read moreI probably won't be returning to this location for good and I love IHOP. My recent visit, February 24th, was not pleasant at all. We were seated very quickly, which was a plus, but then it became busy right after we sat down. The waitress took our order and brought my son's food out first. My son was done with his food by the time I received my food. Normally they would come by and ask how everything is going and check if we need anything, like napkins and refills. When this young lady returned, she returned with the check and said no rush take your time and here's your check. So I felt a little rushed....and I know this may be reaching but around the presidential election, one of the waitresses felt it was okay to voice her political views loud and proud, in front of all the customers, and stated she didn't care who was offended. First of all, you're here to deliver great customer service, not voice your opinion on who should be elected in office. We came there to eat not have a debate. I would say retrain your people in the customer service area. Because now that I think about it, I had no business returning to this place after the election comment was made. I mean feel how you feel, but the entire restaurant didn't need to hear that. I wish this...
