Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sugar Grove Township

I've been to multiple Dunkin' Donuts in my life and this one, by far, rates a DO NOT RECOMMEND to ACTIVELY AVOID from me.

I get it though... Chicago suburbs, immigrant owned franchise, just trying to make their way in our country. That's great for them. Glad they're here! However, if I have to ask you to raise your chin, look at me, and speak up so I can hear you, there's a problem. Language barriers and accents aside, lifting your chin, looking directly at me and trying to enunciate clearer would have been a great help.

The food was, well..., unimpressive. My Lady chose a few donuts and I had the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich. The CONTENTS of the sandwich were ok. Just ok. The sourdough bread however was tough. Very tough. The "microwaved to reheat it 4 times on high every time" kind of tough. I ended up crushing the sandwich because I needed both hands to tear thru the bread.

The worst thing was the restroom. On the mirror was displayed the "proudly deep cleaned daily" sticker but this restroom was far from that: a blob of what looked like wet toilet tissue by the hot water valve on the sink, something dark smeared on the wall, lime scale or some other such white crusty deposit on the floor, fecal matter on the under side of the toilet seat and rust EVERYWHERE. This was my go to Dunkin for coffee in the morning because of how quick they are until this past Sunday. I will never come here again. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru while they made 13 meals and 7 coffees for the person in front of me instead of having them pull forward for someone to bring into them in the parking lot like they expect me to after a simple coffee. I had to call the store to have them move that person because I was trapped in the drive thru and needed to get to work. After that failed, I still had to get out of my car (while still in the drive thru) go inside and complain some more before they finished their order and had them leave. But don't worry, they still charged me for the coffee after seeing how irritated I was. I wasn't the only person affected and it was the worst customer service I'd seen from an...

Only because I ordered 8 items: 2 hummus toast 2 avocado toast 2 chesse tomato pesto toasted sandwiches and 2 sugar doughnuts.

I didn't mind the wait. What I did mind was all eight items were brought out in a single fashion NOT in a bag and did get my receipt.

I went and through the drive-thru so I didn't have to get out of my car to go into the store I still had to go into the store to get a freaking bag and my receipt unacceptable I thought it was just with one that Dunkin Donuts but I'm finding out that this is with all and this is unacceptable I don't know if this is individually done by store or if it's throughout all stores but totally unacceptable especially if you're driving cuz the last thing we want is our food to be on the floorboard of our cars while...
