Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Sugar Hill

This location deserves 0 stars this needs a whole restart button. He arrive and there worker behind the corner is helping another coworker who seemed to just get off his shift and was grabbing food to go. They looked at me and my boyfriend as if I needed to go behind the corner and start making my food. He finishes with the coworker and takes my boyfriend’s order and the other 5-7 people behind the corner who were goofy off when we walked in all pretend they didn’t see me standing there waiting! Terrible service. I finally am greeted by a young man who I then asked for a quesadilla he told me the man helping my boyfriend would have to make it, that’s fine i understand if your new. The man who helped my boyfriend finally comes mind you this young man is the ONLY employee is this place helping anyone at all. He proceeds to get the manager and say I thought we we’re closed is what it sounds liked and I couldn’t really understand the manager she didn’t speak clearly English. He then looks like and me and says sorry we can’t do that. He did offer to make me something else but I don't eat anything other than the quesadilla from chipotle unfortunately with all the stuff I see online about there food quality already. I hate to leave bad reviews but I do it so they improve so I can change the review to good. I want them to do well so I can have a good location to go to. Quality control, freshness, customer service, staffing appropriately, and cleanliness need improvement.

I'm vegetarian and got a sofrita burrito. The fajita veggies were out and weren't any more made, the sofritas felt dry and old, and the chips were either very undercooked or stale, and extremely salty. They were kind enough to give me another chip bag, but same thing. 3rd bag, same thing. I showed them and they said they know what I mean but the morning people make the chips. They said wait a minute, we'll make chips. And then gave me another bag of chips with the same issues.

The seats were also not cleaned the whole time I was there, from waiting in line for 15 mins to sitting and eating, so...

First visit bad experience, over 30min late and small portion but excused it since it was new. Second visit bad experience and we said they’re busy so it’s ok they missed some items, packed wrongs size tortilla … Today was 5th visit. App order. Not busy. Been open for few weeks. Yet look at the packing and the portion. I know it was small even before opening it. It was a mess too. Unappetizing. The foil cover had guac on it. Two tortillas were warmed and packed together so stuck and ripped when we tried to separate.The worst part portion of all three bowls was absolutely appalling!

We live in the neighbor right behind this new sugar hill location. We’re excited to support our local chipotle. But seen as you clearly are set in cutting corners we will go back to the Cumming location we’ve been loyal to for years now. Maybe you should go and spend some time training with them.
