BEWARE THIS BOUTIQUE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY!! Even though the initial sales rep was helpful all the future associates & the store owner were extremely rude to me. The issue with my dress occurred right after purchase and I brought it to the attention of the store within 14 days, as it states on the receipt, I was informed that I would have to speak to the owner - who wasn't there.

I called the store later on and explained that the dress developed a hole on the seam after wearing it 1 time and was advised the return policy was 7 days - even though the receipt says 14 days. I was at the store within 14 days but only the owner can process returns for a worn item.

Are you kidding me? Only the owner can process a return if the item was worn once?

I just want my money back $38 for a black dress that forms a hole after a day. I don't care about replacing the dress. The hole is on a seam and I can fix the hole but this return policy is really unfair to their customer.

I now really understand why the parking lot for Costco is packed 7 days a week, because their customer understands that whatever they purchase is guaranteed at all costs and that guarantee is rewarded by very loyal customers.
