Customer service is where this one killed us. I live in Sugar Hill. I frequent most of the places around the area and thought we may have found a new spot. I ordered the Poke Bowl- with Tuna and the Roast Duck Bun. I was excited to try this place out.

When I ordered I asked if the Soup and Salad comes with the meal. They said yes. I ordered the Miso Soup and the House salad. they told me my order was ready and stapled it together. When I got home there was no Soup or Salad in the bag. I called saying they forgot my soup and Salad. The Manager said that was a mistake. I shouldn't have even been granted both. I said that the menu says otherwise so that's why I ordered. He refused to give me both. Said I can come back by and get the soup since when I was already back at home with my family. That's HORRIBLE customer service. They took my name down and said they'll give me a miso soup in the future. "GEE THANKS". Very Rude manager.

Food- 3.5 The portions are small. The Tuna had SOME Fresh pieces and some bad ones. I had to pick through the bowl. The Duck Buns were flavorful. The Poke bowl below is $15. With just the Miso soup OR salad. Even though most places give you both and the menu says they do too.

They had a 74 C Health score that has been raised now to an A. Scares me to have a C when you have only been in business some months.

Crazy of me to think I would order here once or twice a week. I paid 30 bucks for 2 takeout meals. Just go to Osaka if you want good fresh...

There is some parking right by the restaurant but it does get filled during dinner rush since there are a few different restaurants/stores there. The restaurant is also accessible from the Kroger parking lot.

We were seating right away. They have a very large menu, so can get a bit overwhelming. But all of the sushi I have had here so far is delicious!

They do have cold beer, sake, and win available.

Sea salt edamame: I feel like the seasoning was a bit lacking and the edamame could’ve been cooked a bit longer.

Ginger house salad (part of the shrimp udon): delicious and fresh!

Shumai: pretty standard, the dipping sauce enhances the flavor well.

California roll: your typical California roll, tasted good!

Dragon roll: very fresh and flavorful! This one was my favorite.

Happy roll: the tempura has a ice crisp to it. The outer wrapping gave it a nice slightly sour flavor.

Spicy tuna: not too spicy but very fresh and flavorful.

Chicken teriyaki: a bit more bland and the chicken was a bit tough. The gyoza was nice and fried rice (extra cost) is nicely seasoned.

Shrimp udon: decent amount of shrimp and veggies. Very flavor - was a hit with the kiddos!

Fried tempura ice cream: not bad, the outer tempura was really sweet though.

Service was really nice. The waitress brought extra cherries after hearing my son asking if there would be one on the ice cream. Which was really nice of her!

Definitely a nice...

Curiosity of the “French” in the name brought us here. Beautiful platting irl was comparable to all the pics we saw prior. Elly and I had mix take on this place. They have an omakase that you need to reserve ahead of time but also have a menu called omakase that had individual items to order (2pieces) per item. We went and ordered purely on pictures we saw in other posts. Because we didn’t know the names and what they actually were, some of the dishes were very similar to each other. A lot of the sushi type dishes had a vinegar and/or yuzu flavor which I liked but Elly didn’t. If we had better dish understanding, we may have had better ordering selections. I did enjoy the beef tataki which had exact same sauce as the salmon tataki. Also liked the spicy tuna tartar (forgot to take pic) and the Black Cod itself. Delicate Scallops had same bottom base as the cod but different sauces. Everything else was very similar in taste which ended up being a bit too much and boring for us. Again, this may be our fault for ordering similar items. Place was busy dine in and take out. Really wished we were into the rolls which appeared to be very popular. If it was closer to us, I would totally order take out to get a chance to try to fix our misguided...
