Burger King — Restaurant in Sugar Land

Me an my wife walk in an a employe ayoung girl with glasses is eating food with a fork in to go box up front behind counter ,I didn't say anything...then while waiting for food by counter another 17 year old guy is popping nuggets in his mouth walking around behind the counter rite infront of us ..I comment to my wife about what I see an the young girl over hears me an starts be verbally combative she said I was ignorant to her coworker that was eating...they both started talking to me like I was wrong to say anything!!! Find people that need a job an are respectful...lots of people trying to provide for there famalies..these kids should be spoken to an if it happens again should be terminated...I called store , emailed corporate no response...store is usually slow just a small hint that the owner should guess sales are off due to poor management!!! I still go there bc it's close I won't let two kids stop me...I have been going there for 20 years but I guess other people say enough is enough..Sugarland an westhiemer are just a...

Horrible customer service. Today at 8:49pm the moment we began to order thru the drive thru the employee had a terrible attitude. The screen was not working and we asked her to repeat the order to which she got upset and said “that she knew what she was doing” we never said she didn’t know. All we wanted was to confirm that the order was right (they usually mess up the orders as well). Then as pulled up to the window it turns out that this was the manager of the establishment. Once at the window we asked another employee to give us cup holders and she yelled at us to wait. Almost all BK have poor service but it was never to this level. Customers come for the food and pay not to ask for free. They really need to do something about this service at this location bc customers shouldn’t be yelled at or have the window slammed on their face just by telling these two women to be more polite to customers. We usually don’t leave reviews but after this experience we had to say it bc it happens...

Can we give them negative stars. Horrible service. First off the guy that took our order never spoke to us then shorted us change it ,was three pennies so no big deal but come on say something about it, then never gave us our drink cups. Stood in line then they mixed up our order and gave it to another customer who brought it back because they order was wrong of course. Then they just tried to hand us the order that another customer had there hands all over. My husband told the manager that you know know what we just want a refund because it was too much. The manager proceeded to tell us that we all had no patience at all and we were threatening him. Told us we were attacking him even though all we did was ask for our money back. He was also rude to other customers in the store that came to our defense saying that there was nothing ride about what we asked.
