Greeted & Seated. Took 10min. for A Server To Arrive & Speak With Us. Made An Order & Asked For Chips Too, 10 min Later Chips Came, Salsa Spilled All In The Basket & 1/3 Chips Soaked & Soggy, Asked For More Chips & Salsa Then, A Different Person Brings Just Salsa & No Chips. Waiter Comes Back With My Wife's Drink & I Ask Where Are Our Waters? He Acted As If He Was Not There When I Ordered Water. 10min Later Fresh Chips Come, No Salsa! 2 min Later Here Is The Entre! We Ordered Guacamole On The Side & Nothing! I Ordered Pico-Digio & Queso The Fajitas, NOTHING! My Wife Can See The Look In My Eyes & Asked Me To Not Make A Scene, So I Agree... But I'm Terribly Upset, So Much So We Didn't Even Want To Stay & Eat Our Meals. I Asked For 3 ToGo Boxes, The Waiter Comes From The Kitchen & Sets Them On The To go Counter & Goes To Serve Another Table, I Watch For 3 Minutes As He Just Chit-Chats With 3-4 Young Ladies. I Get Up & Go To Get The Boxes Myself & Return To My Table Only To See 2 Boxes. The Waiter Comes & Says: I Was Going To Bring Them To You. I Asked For The 3rd Box & Was Questioned Why I Only Had 2 Guests At My Table. My Wife Kicked Me Under The Table! Meaning Please Don't Cause A Scene. I Told The Guy I Prefer To Have What I Ordered When I Order It. He Then Decides To Argue With Me Justifying His Actions, I Asked To Be Left Alone, He Continues To Stand There Talking, My Wife Again Kicked Me Under The Table & Reaches Out To Hold My Hand. I Boldly Tell The Guy I'm Not There To Judge His Performance Or Tell Him How To Do His Job, Please Leave Now & Bring Me My Bill & A Bag To Carry My "2" Containers. ((I Forced All My Food & Condiments Into)) 10min. Goes By, Now He Comes Back To The Girls At The Other Table With Their Meals & Walks Right By Me & Gives Me Nothing & Ignores Me! Bullcrap... I Stand Up With My Wife & Go To The Front Door To Ask For My Bill & A Bag. The Lady Walks Away & Comes Back With My Bill Just As Mr. Wonderful Waiter Comes Up & Says: Here Is Your Bill You Will Need To Have This To Pay For Your Meal! My Wife Reaches Out & Takes My Hand To Calm Me... I Explain For The Lady/ Hostess What Is Going On & She Apologized. That's It! My Wife Paid For Our Meal & The Waiter Comes Back & Says: Hope You Have A Better Experience Next Time! My Wife Squeezed My Hand Firmly & We Walked Out!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DINNING EXPERIENCE EVER AT CHILI'S!

P.S. We Didn't Even Eat The Food As It Was A Mess Because I Only Had 2 Boxes To Pack It...

Went in for dinner and the service was horrible. My wife’s food was never brought out even after we asked 3 separate times. All the waitress said was “let me go check on it” then finally after about 20 minutes of waiting around and asking constantly for the food she came out and blamed the food runner after she told it several times it wasn’t ready. She said the food runner forgot to bring it out along with the rest of the food so the whole time it was sitting there supposedly. Then I requested to speak with the manager (Gustavo) who came to our table after dealing with another issue at another table. And he made it obvious he has no idea how to run his staff or what customer service is, And she changed her story in front of him and he sided with her. The solution was oh we will take it off the bill. Well of course you are, you’re not going to charge me for something you never bought out. At the end of the deal everyone was just blaming someone else and to top it off, this so called manager was just smiling in our faces like he was dealing with happy customers. Last, I requested the corporate number from another manager who was “trying” to help with our issue and she never came back out. Obviously she was trying to keep from getting her waitress and other manager in trouble, fortunately we have google and can easily find it here so corporate will be hearing this story. Overall, THIS PLACE IS TRASH, AVOID IT IF YOU CAN!!! THEY’RE LUCKY YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A STAR BECAUSE ID GIVE NONE IF IT...

I just tried to have dinner here. We had a bad experience from the moment we walked in. The hostess had the worst attitude. He was sassy and rolled his eyes when I mentioned that the tables in the bar were dirty and I didn't want to sit there. Once we sat down our waiter took forever to take our drink order. Once he finally did that he took our order. About 20-25 minutes passed by and he came back and asked us if he took our order then proceeded to tell us the wrong order. At this point my boyfriend's drink had been empty for about 20 minutes. Never once offered to refill it. When he finally brought food out, the shrimp fajitas we ordered were cold and he got my order completely wrong. He proceeded to tell me it would be at least 15 minutes before my order came out. Again, no refill on an empty glass sitting in front of him. When I told him to cancel my order he kept trying to tell me it would be done soon, but at this point, I was completely done. The manager came out, was nice about the fact that we cancelled our entire order and let us go without a fuss. Literally that was the only good part about going there. I will definitely never be going back here again. Service has done nothing but go downhill for years now. I would definitely NOT recommend this Chili's! It's not all of them that are...
