I placed an order online but it was canceled due to the address being delivered to was not in the area. So I called the store. I was told that they can not give me the same deals as online. So I called the store that canceled my order and requested the same deal. The lady informed me to speak with a manager at the correct store location. I called back to the Mission Bend store and spoke with the RUDEST manager in the history of managers! He took my order and told me that it would be 30-45 mins even though I'm 6 mins away. I said okay. I asked if this would go towards my points and he said yes so I gave him my phone number. 1 hour and 30 mins later no pizza order nor a call on my cell phone. The manager never added my phone number to the order so they were calling the front office of my job BUT NOT ME!!! All he did was use the caller ID instead of the number I provided him. So I call him back and of course, he was rude beyond belief. He was smacking his teeth and cutting me off when I spoke to him and then said that it would be an additional 30-45 mins before I got my order because the driver left. NOW none of this is my fault. I spent my money on food nothing was free so I really don't understand the attitude. (1) ORDER PICK UP : I went and placed the order, making sure that they put a note on my pizza order NOT TO CUT. 30 minutes later, the cashier informed me that they had already CUT my pizza...wow. So as promised to my kids waiting at home, I had to wait another 30 minutes. This happened twice over the last 6 months. (2) Last week, I ordered pizza to be delivered to my family-home. I was at work and it was on-line. After placing the order, I called the store to remind them NOT TO CUT my pizzas. They got upset. I said that it is even in my customer profile and I was simply reminding them so that their staff may not make a mistake. The pizzas were uncut, but my family reported a BLONDE HAIR in one piece of pizza. So, as a customer, I can not even remind them of my preference and they got some SHORT FUSE working in their store who would either place a hair in the pizza or carelessly keep working w/o covering her hair...is the ownership going to tolerate this kind of patterns by a paid employee? I am going to delete this store from my list and go farther if I have to for locating...
   Read moreNot bad pizza, but 2 stars is because of today's experience. Another let down with service. This has happened multiple times at this store. We wanted to make an order online but it said we could not schedule it until 2pm, even though the store opens at 10am. So we tried calling and placing our order, double checked the correct store and phone #, but were unable to use our account over the phone, so no points awarded towards future. Then, went to pick up at ordered time of 11am, and they had no order for us, and no idea what we were talking about. I had to order a second time, decided to be delivered since my schedule does not allow for me to pick up again, which meant I had to spend more $. It is frustrating to experience the same thing multiple times with a service that should be so simple. Delivery was quick, but then when we got it, one pizza was made incorrectly, with instead of w/o tomato sauce, which there is an allergy to, so we chose garlic sauce for.
