I went in for a hamburger and came out broke! I mean geez for four of we spent over 50.00 two adults and two kids! Everything is separate no combo. The servers are from the Rosenberg location since that one closed a while back. I never have issues when they are working. The dinning area is decent although it was very dirty the last time- it was also close to closing time so after a long day I guess it’s expected. Also it seems like depending who is working you can either get more fries than you can eat or you get way less then what you expect. It’s a hit or miss. The taste is okay not bad. Honestly the only thing I really enjoy are the fries. I’ve tried the hot dog as well not a big fan how they cut it and cook it. I feel it’s just way to pricey for a plain ole hamburger.

Excellent place for excellent burgers and French fries. . Order at the counter. I like the little burger with a single patty because I can then enjoy the overwhelming size of fries. I sometimes order fresh jalapeno as a topping but be prepared for crunchy hot peppers. . I usually get the Cajun Fries, size small. They are well seasoned and super plentiful: enough to share. . The burgers come numbered in the order they were taken. A 1 on the first order, a 2 on the second, etc. . Everything is freshly made and delicious. Enjoy!

Clean place and friendly staff, but HORRIBLE FOOD! My fries came out burned so I had to ask to remake them. The second time the fries were properly cooked but still thin dry and lots of potato skin. A burger had burned bun at the bottom and cold bun on top. Both buns were mooshi. Also there was no sweet iced tea and regular Fanta available for the drink. I am disappointed. Over $12 was a waste. Won't be back!

Do not go to this location! They hire visited and racist staff! Me and my sister went here today. The employee named Maria took our order. My sister ordered a double patty. She tried to correct my sister and by saying “you mean a single?” My sister said “no I’d like a double patty.” I then ordered and Maria tried to correct me when I wanted to order a large fry by saying “oh that’s too much food”. We thought we’d ordered two drinks two regular fries and two cheeseburgers. When we got our order called there was only One fry in our bag. When we approached the other guys about our order and her attitude she walked by with a smirk and said “I thought that was too much food” She diliberately tried to mess with our order on the basis she thought we were eating too much food?! One my sister and I neither of us weigh over 200 pounds and we are weight lifters...so my 600 pound life this is not! Two what kind of establishment hires people that try to police other peoples orders?!!!!! Three we are two black females (what kind of establishment given the racist rankings of employees at Starbucks and Denny’s would go out of their way to hire someone that can’t keep their own personal bigoted opinions to themselves when serving customers?!) If Maria is not handled I will seek out further repercussions. I was humiliated today by a young lady who thought it was the 1900s! Worst franchise in history! She’s lucky she did not end up on instagram...as my phone...

Five Guys gives fast food a whole other meaning. Fast food doesn't have to mean filthy, unorganized dining rooms, or food that appears to be prepared in unsanitary conditions. This Five Guys location is of the highest standards fast food can be. Not only is the overall appearance of the restaurant of the upmost quality, but the ingredients in their burgers and fries appear to be so as well. Ten bucks gets you a burger made, just how you like it, and an absurd amount of fries, which are not only abundant in quantity, but quality as well. As a person who avoids fast food in general, Five Guys is one of the few places where I certainly do not feel guilty for eating there. Did I mention that while I was waiting for my food to be made Kashmir by Led Zeppelin played in the background? Great environment, great food, great everything. All for ten bucks, this...

While I am Chinese, my wife is not. When she placed an online order, then went into the restaurant to pick it up, they didn't prepare her order after she went through the line. After watching other patrons who arrived later receive their food, the cashier finally asked where my wife's order was. After waiting 30 minutes and watching the cashier repeatedly assure him that my wife placed the order, the manger called her name and handed her an order. He "explained" that they didn't think she was the online customer because her last name was Chinese. In this day and age, in Sugar Land (where Asians make up 35% of the population), this is unacceptable.

To add injury to insult, the order was completely wrong. The ticket had the correct order, but none of the burgers were prepared accurately.

We will not...
