My recent visit to this pressed juice place was a complete letdown, thanks to the terrible customer service provided by Mansoor. I've never encountered such rudeness and indifference from a staff member.
Mansoor seemed completely disinterested in helping me or providing any assistance. His lack of basic courtesy and business ethics was evident throughout my entire interaction. It's astonishing how someone in customer service can be so blatantly indifferent.
I tried to seek assistance, but Mansoor's behavior left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. It's disappointing that a place that claims to focus on health and wellness neglects the importance of basic customer care.

I waited so long, I began trying to place my order online just so I could get the order placed. Then finally as I was about to purchase online, a gentleman comes from out of the back. Doesn’t ask how long I’d been waiting or even apologizes, but asks, “what can I get you?” Huh? Really? Very inconsiderate and then he proceeds to tell me that they have NO ACAI (it’s frozen)!! Read more3rd negative experience with different employees. It’s disappointing because the food and drinks here are really good. I’ve ordered pick-up twice and it was never ready. I made an order at 2pm to pick up at 4pm, and when I got there they hadn’t even started on it, didn’t apologize, nothing. Today I went with one of my friends and the other worker was rude to us when we had just walked in and were still deciding what to get.
