Well for starters the cooks messed up my order. (Typical at a fast food restaurant not really upset since were only human ) but the main reason why I give it 3 stars and not 5 is because one. the restaurant was filthy. The tables were dirty. one of the employees that was there I'm guessing on break I hope, was talking rudely in the back ground with a friend or another employee I'm guessing. and I couldnt enjoy my meal.
But the topper on this one (the cherry on top.) Was when I saw flies all over the place and the trash cans full of trash. Now mind u I get it when your low staff or if dinner rush comes u dont have time to change it. but that was a huge turn off for my meal. Plus if the rush is gone. CHANGE YOUR TRASH!!!!! That is not appealing esp since it's a hot summer day and there are alot of trays on the trash can. Your supposed to check the trash every hour to 30 mins shorter if it's full. And the drive thru wasnt busy so I dunno.
Now mind u I might give this place a second chance just to see if it will change my mind and get a higher rating possibly. I've worked in multiple resturants in my life and I'm not just saying that. Ive worked it for 15 years and diffrent types. But this place isn't bad but it's not good either 🤔 it just needs to step up a little bit.
Now for the food. The fries didnt taste fresh ( my biggest pet peeve ) dunno if it was cuz the oil hasn't been changed or if it's been in the heat lamp since 6pm or somthing but the burger I ordered wasnt made properly and the woman who took the order forgot the add on. She was polite and tried to fix it bless her heart. But the cooks didnt seem pleased when they had to remake it. 🤔😒🤨😐
and instead of the cook making a fresh burger which mind you your supposed to do. (the double quarter pounder) and giving good customer service they just opened up the box and put the bacon on it and made it look terrible. I was kinda disappointed to be honest. It was sloppy job If your gonna do that at least make it look good. I mean if your gonna make your restaurant look good u can at least have workers that care u know.
I'm not wanting to bash this location or anything thats not my attention. but I feel it needs work on its night crew. I'll give it another shot some day maybe but if I see anything that is bad again I'll rate it lower and tell every one not to go there. But for now it gets 3 stars.
3 key ingredients 1 fast and great friendly customer satisfaction service 2 good and fresh food 3 a well clean interior environment
What I got was fast service but sloppy joloppy. friendly worker. And a dirty environment. Next time I go back and I get the same treatment I'm posting pictures next time. And...

Read moreThis McDonalds used to have great service, but in the last couple years, their customer service has completely tanked. Today I ordered a combo (without meat) with a medium mocha frappe. When I got to the window, the male passed out a small frappe. Being familiar with these drinks, I told the guy he gave me the wrong size. First, he argued with me that I was wrong (I wasn’t) and then yelled, “I guess just pull up and we will bring you another!” So I pull up and decide to check my sandwiches, which despite being tagged correctly, both had meat. So I take all my food inside and naturally, the male at the second window never had any intention of bringing me the correct size frappe. The young lady at the front counter was very sweet and courteous and replaced my frappe and cheeseburgers. It took awhile because unfortunately she had several other customers to attend to in addition to me. The only reason this McDonald’s got two stars was because the front counter employee clearly did her best to make things right, while the male employee at the second window glared at me as he left for the day. If I am going to pay $10+ dollars for my lunch, I expect it to be the correct sizes and fixed the way I asked. McDonalds does not charge any less for me NOT to have the hamburger meat on the sandwiches, so they make out in the scenario. This is not the first time I’ve had bad service here, not the first time they made my sandwiches wrong, and not the first time they’ve tried to convince me I’m wrong about the size of my frappe.up Up until today, I’ve tried to be loyal to the group who used to do a fantastic job. I can’t do it anymore. I rather travel further to get better quality...
