Denny's — Restaurant in Sugarloaf Township

My Grandmother and I had stopped here for a meal passing through. We originally didn’t come for food. We came just to feed and change My Son. Upon entering and only stating that we “just needed to use the changing room” Danielle Pointed us in the right direction. The bathrooms were very clean and I was happy that they were. After we got the baby changed, I had to feed, so we popped a squat at one of the tables outside the bathrooms. After sitting down and feeling the great atmosphere, we had quickly decided that we actually WERE going to eat. We told someone and they tended RIGHT to us!! Exceptional Service. They brought us drinks, and menus. There was so much to choose from, so many new things added to the menus! I decided to get the Stuffed French Toast!! Yum!! She got A Slam. Our Food came out Within 10 minutes. DANIELLE was a great server!! I wanted extra cheese on my eggs and when Danielle did her rounds to check on us, she took my plate back and offered to have them remade just the way I Liked it! My Grandma and I give her 5 Stars!! Everything my grandma and I wanted she took care of right away. She was very kind and sweet! Thank you so much Danielle!! You can’t beat the Location!! My First time eating at this Dennys location & my first time at a Dennys in 5+yrs. due to bad experiences at a Dennys in Erie, Pa. & one outside of Richmond, Va.(Caroline County i think). We were seated immediately(given the option for table or booth) & both greeter & server were friendly & attentive. This Dennys dining room is a bit on the smallish side compared to ones I've frequented in the past; but the food was good, & the Redskin Potatoes w/onions & peppers with my Build Your Own Slam(eggs w/cheese, Turkey Bacon, Toast, Grits, & Redskin Potatoes w/Onions & Peppers) were Amazing & perfectly cooked. Bummer Dennys still doesn't offer more of an option for Non-Pork eaters. Living in the Greater Hazelton surrounding area I will definitely visit this Hazelton/Sugarloaf location again for breakfast, but also at other times & expanding my menu choices to try different meals. They managed to at least pique my interest about becoming a customer again bc I totally abandoned that option the past 5+yrs & I definitely recommend this...

Very unprofessional staff my husband got laughed at when he walked in. A week prior I ordered a pickup order they let someone else take my order. Then the waitress said that it’s being delivered I said oh ya where because I gave no address whatsoever. Manager took care of it though. Very dirty atmosphere. The carpets are dirty and windows and everything has handprints on it and smears Pretty gross when your trying to eat. I recommend a different Dennys The bigger guy in the back was giving my oldest son dirty looks and staring at him the whole time I guess because he didn’t want to remake our food that I paid 60 dollars for over again because they let someone else take our food. Manager even said I don’t even know how that happened when they cross your name off a list. The older lady waitress will eat off customers plates we’ve seen it. Also she’s very arrogant and cocky. She was ignorant to my son and my husband. I guess they don’t pay her enough money that she has to eat off...
