Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Suisun City

The food is never very hot but it tastes alright. However, it seems like everytime I order a double jack at this location they only give me one patty. This last time I went they got my double jack wrong twice and just kept giving loads of old curly fries on top of the ones from my original order. After coming back I decided to go inside and speak to a manager. He remembered me from the drive thru apologized for the mistakes and made a 3rd burger himself so it was correct. He loaded me up with even more curley fries and offered me dessert which was nice and unexpected, I chose the cheesecake. Even though the problem was fixed, what was supposed to be lunch for my man and I together ended up being us eating our meals at separate times. It was a hassle to get clear down the road then have to turn around twice. I would definitely recommend checking your burgers before pulling out of the drive thru especially if they are customized. No mayo. no onions....what's so...

Never going back to this jack in the box. My fiancé and I went on Friday 1/31 night around 10:30pm whilst it was raining outside. We ordered pick up through drive you and whoever takes the drive thru orders INSISTED we get down and get our food from the counter. Mind you there were no cars Behind us, it was raining, and we SELECTED pick up through drive thru. If we wanted to get down we would’ve selected inside carry out. This has happened to us twice. The dude always claims they don’t do nighttime drive thru orders. It only happens with him. When my fiancé confronted him and told him there’s a selection on the app for a reason, the dude proceeds to tell him that it doesn’t matter and we HAVE TO get down. After a while he finally agreed to give us our food. I don’t get why it’s so hard to give us an online order, it’s the same thing as ordering right then and there. I swear to GOD! This is the WORST Jack in the Box location I have ever been to in my LIFE! SMH. My most recent trip here they gave me BURNT FOOD and that was the last straw for me... I will never eat here again. I've also experienced other annoying things too like getting the INCORRECT order on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, barely being able to hear the workers as they mumble through the speaker taking my order, rude workers just handing me my food without saying enjoy your meal or have a nice day, etc. And the funniest thing of all is this Jack in the Box Suisun location has the NERVE to have a tip jar outside the drive thru window. LOL ! It'll be a cold day in hell before I ever give this Jack in the Box...
