What's up with only three ppl on the night shift and no one to help dine in customers? The drive thru is set up for the whole town to come thru but if you want sit down and eat ,it better be in your car. My guest and I went in for some food but must've come at the wrong time.When we arrived we waited longer than you should when the drive thru guy finally saw us.He came over to tell us" I'll be with you as soon as I can"...ok three or four car orders later he did.As we are hella waiting for our food,the lady that was cooking was speaking loudly in Spanish to the younger Spanish male.Sounded as if she was scolding him/(them) for the lack of help.I don't know Spanish but she didn't sound happy. It was frustrating to wait for food and then it was cold. I joked with my guest that maybe we should reorder at the drive thru and tell them we are your customer in the lobby so we could eat.Get it together and STOP short staffing the business. Read more7/21/22 @3pm...First off my food was good, fries hot, soda crisp. It was the customer service before and after that sucked! I was rudely rushed through the order process in the drive thru that ended with "Is that it?" To then wait at a dead stop in the line for 9mins. 1 minute at the window with no acknowledgement. He took my card and then handed me back just my card no receipt. When I asked for the receipt he asked what? And then proceeded to give me the washed out merchant copy. I was unable to do the survey online since I can't read the receipt. When I got home, I did attempt to call back to get the restaurant number and a women asked me was I in the drive thru or did I come in? I asked does it matter the restaurant number doesn't change from one to another. She said it does I argued and she relented and gave me 14218 for the Burger King on Anderson Dr in Suisun City CA.
