Their return/exchange policy is horrible. I bought my daughter a Christmas gift in early December. She needed to return it or at least get credit. When she went to return, with receipt and tag still on dress that was never worn, she was told no. They told her returns have to be within 7 days. It was a Christmas gift that I bought on 12/8 and gave it to my daughter on 12/25. They went on to tell her that they might have been able to take it back if she had come in sooner, it was 8 days after Christmas when she went to return. We were out of town for a Christmas trip until 12/31. I won’t be supporting this small business anymore and will discourage anyone else from shopping...

I found out two days later that they declined the order, sent an email (that went to my junk folder) and never followed up. I just spoke with the manager and she simply stated "well, I did not have your phone number to contact you. Then said, "if I would have accepted the order, I would have been able to see your number, but I didn't."
Horrible customer service. I'd expect to at least give a phone call or more effort to deliver the product...
